I stayed at this property with 3 friends for a weekend. We absolutely loved our stay here - the apartment is beautiful! Very spacious, well-decorated and clean, and very secure with multiple door codes (one to enter building and one to enter unit). The location was great - walkable to the downtown area and many great plateau restaurants, but very close to key bus routes and Mt Royal metro. The hosts were amazing - very quick/easy to communicate with. When our departure times had to be adjusted, they were very understanding and let us leave our bags in the unit while it was being cleaned, so we could explore more on our last day without lugging our bags around. Would absolutely recommend staying here and I would stay here again in the future!

Lovely home away from home

We had a fabulous stay. The location was near plenty of restaurants and stores, as well as public transportation. The property managers were prompt in their replies to our inquiries during our stay, and went the extra mile to make it a great stay.

Great stay in Montreal

This is a large apartment in a good location. The apartment was clean and ready as advertised. We also used the parking spot a block from the apartment, which was very helpful. This apartment is located on a busy street, with lots of restaurants which was convenient. Each room had a fan, which was great. We enjoyed the stay.

Best place to explore Montreal and Quebec City in the heart of Mont Royal area.

The place right in the heart of Mont Royal area. The place is safe, clean and easy walk to Metro station. All the appliances and furnitures are pretty new. They have necessary utensils, cutlery and dining area for a nice family dinners. The hosts are very fast to communicate and pretty clear with instructions. There are lot of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to vacation around the area.

Our new favorite neighborhood!

Apartment was modern and clean, spacious layout for our group of 3 adults and a toddler. We loved the neighborhood- tons of bars, shops and restaurants. Up 1 flight of stairs. Would definitely return!

Fabulous location comfortable accommodations

We were four adults and a baby-it was wonderful to have a lot of room for the baby to run around and fabulous to have a pack and play and highchair. The proximity to the metro was fabulous, and the place was spotless.

Perfect fall getaway

With the proximity to Mont Royal and to the metro, this rental was perfect for dashing into Old Town for dinner and site seeing and good for getting exercise and enjoying the night life scene.

Perfect location

My husband and I and two adult daughters traveled to Montreal for a wedding. We arrived early to explore the city. This apartment was perfectly located for our purposes, a few blocks from Montreal's excellent Metro system. While we didn't expect it to be so hot and humid in the city we really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is on a fun pedestrian street with grocery, bagels, gluten-free bakery and many patio restaurants in walking distance. I was afraid it would be noisy at night but it was not; it was hard to hear any street noise. The apartment was perfect for the four of us, very clean, and a great big kitchen. No complaints. I would highly recommend this property to others visiting Montreal. Also, we were able to travel everywhere with our Metro passes and never waited very long for a train. We also walked a lot, but it was a great way to see your beautiful city.

Great apartment, great location.

Second time staying at the apartment. Well provisioned (kitchen, linen, towels etc). Clean and well maintained. It can get a bit warm inside the apartment but use of AC and closing curtains when out for day keeps it in check. Location is great - heart of the Plateau with great restaurants and bars nearby. Metro nearby too. I’d highly recommend the place.

Stay in Montreal

Very stylist, prompt reply to emails. Fred was extremely helpful and carried out luggage up one very long flight of very steep stairs. However, the bedrooms were extremely hot as heat came through the windows . Aircon in living room did not reach bedrooms and individual fans did not help either. Bathroom shower is in the tub with no safety rail to hold. Not ideal for seniors or disabled. Beds and pillows are soft memory foam. Good location, many good restaurants to choose just outside your door.

Excellent location with all the amenities you could need.

We had an excellent almost week stay at the Mont-royal apartment. Check-in was quick and efficient, we were met at our car before even making our way to the door. We loved the location. 10 minute walk to two different parks for playtime with the kiddos and tons of restaurants and shops right on Mont-royal ave. Also a quick walk to the metro stop and access to buses that both go to Mont Royal Parc and the Olympic center. The entrance to the building is clean and easy to use. Key-code locks made entry a breeze. The apartment was a good size and well furnished. Having the additional murphy bed helped us from having somebody to share a bed/sleep on the floor. The kitchen had all we need to make multiple meals and it was nice to have the soap provided to us to save us packing space. The guides provided by MTL gave us some good pointers on places to visit. Altough it may need to be updated as some of the places are no longer in business. We had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Very Nice Stay

Very nice place and clean. It says there is air conditioning but it's really only for the living room area not the two bedrooms so it could be a bit warm in there but we were okay. We would have preferred the air conditioning described better.

The experience was great from start to finish. The apartment was just as pictured. It is perfectly located. There is so much to do nearby and the metro is so easy to use. We highly recommend this great apartment.

Stay in Mont-Royal

The property is accurately presented in the pictures. Cool, upscale decor and vibe. Nice part of Montreal. Management staff excellent and met us at door on arrival to explain parking etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and really like the place. My only negative comment is that one of the bedrooms has a window air conditioner in the window and the plastic panel used to fill the gap in the window does not provide sufficient noise reduction from the street. Its like having the window open. For a light sleeper like me this was not good. Fortunately after the first restlessness night I used the Murphy bed and slept well. My companions in the second bedroom had no problem with the street noise and slept well. All 3 beds were comfortable which is not always the case. I would suggest to management that some noise reduction foam could be used around the AC unit and that would probably solve the problem. Aside from this one issue, the apartment is wonderful and I would stay there again and probably will as I have family in the area.

We are a couple in their thirties who have met 10 years ago working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service and a real passion for Montreal!

After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now parents of two, we love running our family business and our 17 apartments.
