Awesome is the word of choice for our stay at the Dillycrab. The property is amazing with all the lush vegetation which gives the feeling of a tropical oasis around the pool area. The upstairs bedrooms and living room area overlook the ocean and beautiful monring sunrises over the water. Every attention to detail is given, from beach towels to water toys to kayaks and beyond. Michelle communicates especially well, answers all of my questions, and we had the benefit of meeting her. She cares deeply about the environment and the Exuma community. Moss town beach is amazingly beautiful and plenty of sandy area to stretch out on and enjoy.

Our family of four LOVED this home! Our first few days were very windy. The respite of our own personal pool was perfect. The treehouse overlooking the ocean is magical. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves everyday. The home is stocked with everything you could need or want. The host - I’ve never had a host as invested in the success of my trip as I was. She was so readily accessible and always offering help and guidance. When we weren’t at the ocean or the pool we enjoyed pickleball, billiards, and ping pong. Loved our stay and miss Dillycrab already!

My family and I just got back from 10 beautiful days in Exuma. We were so happy pulling up to Dillycrab, it is everything the pics show plus more! We explored the island but you really don’t have to staying here. It has everything. This is by far the best host I’ve ever dealt with. We travel a few times a year, I can’t even explain in words the beauty of the water here. Michele is amazing, informative and genuinely wants you to have fun. She has thought of everything, coffee bean grinder, suit case holder, beach towels, equipment, bags, just to name a few. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us ranging from age 9 to 52. It was basically a private beach, literally! My only advice for people not familiar with the Caribbean especially those traveling with kids, pay the 50 for the extra suitcase and bring dry goods like coffee beans, oatmeal, crackers, pasta, granola bars..etc it’s not as easy to come by here and if you find it you may be in sticker shock. Michele has it all, don’t waste space on water gear and things like that, pack snacks-you’ll thank me!

Perfection in Exuma!

Wonderful house on a beautiful, secluded, stretch of beach with crystal clear water. The owner gave us lots of great tips for our stay - from places to explore to restaurants and more. The house was spotless and so comfortable. Each bedroom has a connecting bathroom (one is a jack and jill bathroom). There were lots of spaces for relaxing, our favorite was the deck with the lounge chairs under the coconut trees!

Excellent property and island

We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs as it's our preferred way to vacation. The Dilly Crab was like a home away from home. We lacked for nothing. Michelle has truly put a lot of thoughtful effort into every nook and cranny. The house was pristinely clean. The kitchen has ample supplies for cooking meals for 8 people. Everything was in excellent working order. the grounds are beautiful and unique compared to other properties we looked at. I would highly recommend staying here. We brought 4 teens/young adults with us and a set of grandparents ages 16 - 71 years old. We all had a great time.

A Vacation to Remember!

This was our first time to Exuma and we easily fell in love with the place! We couldn’t be happier with our accommodations! The location was perfect and we had everything we needed in one place! Perfection

Dilly Crab Beach House was absolutely perfect in every way! The location is in the middle, making it easy to explore the north end or the south end into Little Exuma. The host, Michele, was very responsive and gave plenty of information on anything and everything you need. Her grounds keeper kept the pool clean and came by to open coconuts for us. Her housekeeper stopped in with a box of donuts and cinnamon rolls and had the refrigerator stocked for us upon our arrival. The amenities were plentiful, the house very comfortable and the beach, well it was beyond beautiful! 5 star rating all around!

Paradise

Dilly Crab Beach House was amazing! Top notch rental with best location on a sandy beach. Deck with sun loungers offered a gentle breeze and a great place for cocktails. The pool was refreshing and loved the two birds that visited us. The upper porch was our morning place for breakfast as we planned the day’s activities. The host, Michele, provided excellent communications regarding restaurants, places to visit, boat tours and food/bakery options. We loved the full day boat tour and glass bottom kayaks. We also enjoyed the straw markets and trips to Stocking Island. A wonderful vacation with close friends that we will remember forever. Thanks for the memories!

Perfect Setting

The owners obviously take great pride in this home and have done a great job continually maintaining the property.The owners have thought of everything to make stays at Dilly Crab comfortable, enjoyable and convenient. All the beach/ocean/pool details are well thought out and covered... a beach cart for hauling all your necessities to the ocean, coolers, life jackets, ocean toys, towels, kayaks, boogie boards, paddles, pool toys, etc. You name it, they have it.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, as well as an outdoor grill and bar, ready to go.They even have a hot/cold water cooler and plenty of tumblers so you're not dealing with your kids' unfinished plastic water bottles all over the house :).Will definitely stay here next time we're heading to Exuma!

Dilly Crab House is AMAZING

Stayed for 8 nights and it was fantastic. The host was available anytime I had a questions. The house is fully equipped and we did not need anything. The house was immaculate and weak kept. Exuma Paradise

We loved this property! Steps from the beach, with a deck and chairs to enjoy the sunset every morning! The pool has a wind break, we used it every day! The pool table and ping pong table were great additions to the property. We had nightly tournaments! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay!!!

A slice of heaven

Loved our week at Dillycrab. It’s a very cool property bc it offers a lot to do. It’s not just a place to store your clothes. They have kyaks, snorkel gear, ping pong, and a pool table

and a pool! The property even comes with an interesting bird named Ralph who seemed to be there every day. It’s a 10 minute drive from the airport which was super convenient. The property manager/owner was easy to work with and even arranged for coconuts to be cut down for us to enjoy. Thank you Michele for a great week.

Spring break in paradise

Paradise! The Dillycrab House was perfect for our family of 5. Michele was the truly the best host and we loved getting to chat with her throughout the week. Her attention to details and thoughtfulness were recognized during our stay. Michele even picked up some local veggies from the farmer for us and dropped them at the house. The Dillycrab has everything you could possibly need for vacation - beach towels, chairs, coolers, kayaks, pool floats, etc. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and the turquoise water at the beach was breathtaking. Relaxing in the hammock down by the beach was also a treat for us too. We loved Exuma and our stay at the Dillycrab and will definitely be back! Thanks Michele and Howard for making our first trip to Exuma so memorable!

Perfect island getaway!

This beach house has it all! Stunning views, beautiful pool, lush landscaping, and well thought-through interiors. Just steps away from the sand and sea, we enjoyed coffee overlooking the waves and endless white sand each morning! Excellent location near the airport and well-positioned to access both ends of the island with ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the downstairs game room is a teenagers dream! Additionally, everything you need for the perfect beach vacation is there - beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and more. The home owner and property management team were wonderful! Highly recommend this property. FIVE STARS!

Only blue is that water!

As other have said, Dillycrab Ranch is the gem of Exuma, located on a pristine and private stretch of beach, convenient to airport, restaurants, gas station, and groceries. This was our first trip to the island, and Michele was a wealth of info, plus a guardian angel when our return flight was canceled overnight. I know our experience was enriched by her tips and kindness. The house itself is just the right size and equipped with more than you'd need, but the outdoor spaces are truly where you'll enjoy your time! Just a note that the main living space and 3 bedrooms are on a second floor level, allowing for awesome views of the pool and that blue, blue ocean, but meaning you have to navigate a short outside staircase with luggage or to come and go (small price to pay). There is no internal access to the ground level game room/4th bedroom (consideration with younger kids, but my young adults loved it). Thanks also to Desereen and Jonas for their help and hospitality at Dillycrab in making our stay so nice. We leave with warm memories and grateful hearts...until next time!

Amazing week!!!

Michele, the home owner was amazing, she constantly ensured we had all that we needed. If you have questions about the island or need some suggestions, she’s right there. The beach is perfect with gorgeous water and soft sand and the grounds are manicured and well taken care of. We’ll be back!

Amazing Vacation

The Dillycrab is a wonderful special place. It was so relaxing and had everything you could imagine. The beach was beautiful and loved the pool and cozy porch upstairs. We had two special resident birds that visited with us. Location is great and Michele was the best host you could ever ask for. A private and peaceful home. Thank you!!! ❀

Amazing stay!!!!

Beautiful property, perfect location and friendly owner! We cannot say enough good things about Dillycrab! Some of our party got sick, and had to quarantine, but what a place to do it. There was easy access to the beach, the pool was wonderful and refreshing, and the central location made it easy to get in and out of George Town for groceries. The views were spectacular! The local property managers were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Michele (owner) was easy to reach and also incredibly helpful and kind. If you rent here, you will not regret it! ♥

Chief of Surgery

It was amazing! The house was beautiful, the water was refreshing and so close to the house. One of the people who manage the property, Jonas, was so quick to be helpful and even got us coconuts to try from the nearby trees. The pool was clean. The overlook balcony near the ocean was beautiful and had nice chairs. The hammock was a little torn but it still worked fine and makes sense with some of the crazy wind. Overall an absolutely gorgeous experience and would 100% come back

Dilly crab is a great place

The place was amazing. Beautiful beaches with no one around. House has all the amenities you would need, even a generator for the many power outages. The owner gives you all the info you need to have a excellent vacation. Can’t wait to go back.

"2016 Clean 50", a list of the most progressive and responsible citizens in Canada. We are committed to 100% green energy, hence we are now solar and sell all of our extra energy back into the Grid. We are proud parents of three great kids. Our eldest son is a world traveling famous chef consultant, our daughter, a photographer who has done some great work with some of our Olympic athletes and our youngest Ocean works in the Travel and Tourism sector.

この宿泊斜蚭のオヌナヌになった理由

From a blind date to a 30 year journey, Howard and I have survived many ups and downs. We are best friends and this has carried us through parenthood and life as entrepreneurs.
Having a Beach House in Exuma has been a dream come true! It took many years of hard work and still more hard work to come. We wanted to have a place where all of our kids and grandkids would be happy to play and create wonderful memories.

Dillycrab magic happened! The first time we were renting like you. I woke up to the sunrise spreading its glory over the ocean without even lifting my head off the pillow. With coffee in hand, I lay in the hammock on the porch and watched the ocean in every shade of blue and turquoise while little birds in the palm trees were singing away, a dove cooing in the nearby tree, the gentle warm salt air caressing my skin..I was in Love. I was in Paradise!
There are 65 palm trees that create an island oasis.( Love the sound of palm fronds rustling in the breeze.. and the oceans music from every room in the house.)
Right in front of the property is a beautiful island you can paddle out to, sailboats in the distance. It is like a picture book. I have travelled to a lot of Caribbean islands but I have never experienced such turquoise water and such white soft sand. I also have never experience what it is like to have a 2 mile Beach to wander and lucky to see another soul.. never hassled and feeling safe as a woman to walk alone....This made me fall deeper in love..
I can not even tell you about how much fun and family bonding time we have experience sipping cool drinks floating in the pool..I never thought before Exuma that that would become one of my favourite things to do! There is sun as well as shade from palms on the pool deck for all day pleasure. Dillycrab is wonderful and lots of spaces to spread out. There are fun spots and quiet spots and spots to feel alone with a good book and spots to play together.. it is like your own mini resort, lots to do or nothing to do.
As you can see we LOVE Dillycrab.
