This Nashville Riverfront lofts hotel-style studio is designed for comfort and convenience. While there’s no full kitchen, you're surrounded by Nashville’s best restaurants—perfect for a memorable night out before returning to relax in the plush king-size bed. Other Things to Note:
- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows.
- Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.
- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Ideal location without breaking the bank

The property was just a block away from all the excitement on Broadway, making it the perfect location for enjoying the strip. The room was easy to access with a parking garage about a block down. Parking costs 40 per day, but in total this place is still less expensive than any decent hotel in the vicinity of Broadway. The room was clean, and felt like a hotel room without windows. I would stay here again!

This is a prime location if you wish to explore Broadway! We are local and booked this room to avoid driving afterwards. It was super convenient to everything. Staying there again for sure! 10/10!!

Great location! The owner was very accomodating and ensured we had everything we needed.

The apartment was clean and updated. Owner was easily reached and very accommodating. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Great location, easy walking distance to many attractions.

Great location

Great location and easy checkin the only negative part is there’s no window in the unit and you can hear the live band playing at the bar attached but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

In the middle of it all

This unit was AS advertised. Very secure, clean, modern and perfectly located to everything the Nashville nightlife has to offer. You can easily walk to every bar and restaurant up and down Broadway. Parking in the recommended structure was a breeze and super close to where you stay. Book your parking online in advance and save yourself time and money. Considering its proximity to all of the bars and live music, it was very quiet in our room. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!

This condo was super cute and very clean! The location was perfect and it was very easy to communicate with the owner/manager. The only thing we wished we had was one extra mirror in the condo. Other than that, it was perfect for 4 of us gals!

Location Is Everything

Perfect location if your plan is to hit Broadway. 2nd Ave was completely shut down due to restoration but it honestly wasn’t much of an inconvenience at all. We parked at the SP+ parking lot on 2nd and Commerce and it was a very brief walk to the big blue door of the Nashville Riverfront Lofts. The room is small and there are no windows but you’re booking this spot for price and location, not luxury. Room was clean and access was easy. Take a left when you exit the building, take 30 steps and you’re right in front of Whiskey River Bar and ACME. Would book again.

Nashville Concert Trip

Nice place located near everything downtown. This is a party town so you should expect that the music goes late into the night. However this place was pretty quiet once inside the room. A bar is located right next door so you can hear the music but it is not annoying at all.

Great Location!!!

Very nice and clean loft apartment. Brittainy (the property manager) was awesome to work with. She was very quick at responding to any questions or concerns I had. Surprised that It was so quite inside loft, even though there was a bar next door. I plan on renting again in the future.

2nd Ave Loft

Loved this place! It was exactly what I was told. We came in for our anniversary celebration and wanted to be in the heart of the action! This was the place to stay it was right on 2nd Ave and almost on the corner of Broadway. No matter what We were only steps from anything downtown. Even better, it was quiet and relaxing to be so close to all the action! Great place!

Just right!

Located in a great spot. Place was well kept and comfortable. We would recommend to our friends! Parking at Commerce garage got us for $40 when we pulled in at 3 PM and took car the next day at 8 AM. Later that day we used a garage near Molly and third a few blocks the other way and 2 night left it and was only $24! So Many places to eat and drink can be hard to decide what to do!

Incredible Stay in a Perfect Location

Visiting Nashville over Memorial Day weekend with my wife, brother and sister-in-law. All the hotels near Broadway were EXTREMELY expensive, so we decided to stay here so we could be centrally located where all the action is as well as save on the cost of a hotel. We were a little concerned with the size going into it, but it worked PERFECT for the 4 of us. The sleeper sofa is really comfortable, it's in a great location about 4 steps from Broadway st. and Brittainy, the manager was always quick to respond to our messages and gave us a lot of great ideas to help us maximize our trip. Will DEFINITELY be booking again the next time we go to visit!

Very nice, clean, and close to everything.

The condo was amazingly beautiful. Nicely decorated and hidden among a few local bars on second St, however no noise from them at all. EVERYTHING nightlife was within walking distance as is the bridge to Nissan Stadium. I wasn't crazy about parking a block away in a parking garage and paying an extra $45 bucks ontop of the condo rental, but that's one downside to being so close to Broadway, and it sure beat hanging in traffic to get anywhere. Brittany made it super easy for us and was so sweet and was always a phone call away. I will definitely stay again but may park at my mom's in smyrna and uber. Your car is useless there.

FABULOUS Location & Stylish Lofts in the Heart of Nashville!

This was such a wonderful & fabulous find on VRBO!! We absolutely lucked out and were thrilled with the incredible location, the stylish and brand new accommodations, the personal service of everyone we worked with and especially Virginia!!! You cannot be closer to it all and have your own personal oasis at the same time, once you walk through the very secured hallways and open the antique door to 2nd street & Broadway you are steps away from everything Nashville but in the same time have a very quiet and lovely place to relax or get a good nights sleep so you can start all over the next day! WE LOVED IT and cannot wait to be back! Special Note: when we stayed they still have some lofts under construction and there is some construction noise but they are very considerate about are calls to quiet down and I believe all the new construction will be completed very soon. I could go on and on about what a great and fabulous location & accommodations the Nashville Lofts are but better to say much better than an overpriced hotel room and perfect for visiting Nashville and getting to experience the fun while having your home away from home! Thank you again Virginia you were AWESOME!! We cannot wait to be back! Thank you! Kim & Cory, Naples, Florida (stay 3/2016) PS we were in town to see Blake Shelton and the 3 block walk to the concert was fabulous and we got to experience wonderful restaurants "Skulls Rainbow Room & ACME Feed & Seed are a MUST we went several times and the experience was great & different each time, shopping at all the boutiques across the street and around the corner was so wonderful for you to get the perfect Nashville style & looks, the park and pedestrian bridge is so unique and nice for a walk to enjoy the city views.
