Professionally designed and fully renovated!! Owners of the home are a professional interior stylist and builder by trade, making this a unique find in downtown New Albany. Walk to everything downtown: restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment!! Location can’t be beat and the home is just across the bridge from Louisville, KY.

BEAUTIFUL home! Gracious host! Very affordable. Safe neighborhood and close to anything you could need or want. I chose this home for it's comfortable appearance and I have no regrets. Gorgeously decorated! The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. We didn't need anything because everything was provided. I travel often and this was, by far, the most comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable vrbo I've experienced. Cannot wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay in New Albany. It was our first time there and we found so much to do both in southern Indiana and Kentucky. The house was so nice and clean. The decor was outstanding. We enjoyed walking to dinner each evening. One of our favorite pastimes was our morning coffee on the front porch and enjoying our own “happy hour” on the patio in the evening. It was a fantastic trip!

Beautifully remodeled historic home

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s clean, and refinished with immaculate detail. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and baths are top notch. Great laundry units. The only negatives are the main bedroom upstairs doesn’t have an air vent so it gets stuffy, no matter what the AC is set on (bring a fan, there’s not one on the ceiling). Through the night you get the sounds of trains nearby, and like every home or hotel in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area, you hear the planes landing at SDF. We also had a tornado warning during our stay, and the sirens went off, but the basement was locked and unavailable to us. That was a little scary for my kid, but we huddled under the stairwell and thankfully it didn’t hit our area. But, that said, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wonderful property and excellent hosts. Many thanks!
