I travelled to Costa Rica in 2008 looking for a vacation home in. Within 4 months I became the proud owner of Casa Feliz. I was most impressed with the Developer's vision of a "Master-Planned Community" designed by renowned architects woven into rolling hills with plans for a Regional Town Center, an 18-hole Golf Course, Custom homes. Luxury Villas, Quaint hand-laid Brick Roads and Lush TropIcal Landscaping. I fell in love with the "developer's vision" and am became the proud owner of Casa Feliz 60-days after my first visit to the Resort.
Our central location on the Pacific Coast Highway is another reason I purchased my condo. Guests can use Del Pacifico as their home base and travel from one end of Costa Rica to the other in one (1) day..
The bus stop is across the highway and right in front of the Town Centre. Backpacking guests can walk down from the condo, jump on one of CR's fine public buses and go anywhere in the country for a few colones.
I was particularly impressed with the quality of construction--thick stucco-clad walls, clay tile roofs, ornate iron trip, ceramic tile stairways, teak and italian tile flooring, majestic balconies, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, dishwashers, garbage disposal, 10ft- high ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, etc., etc.
Del Pacifico is "City Close and Country Quiet." It's close enough to Jaco and Parrita, but far enough away to be a quiet, restful retreat from the noises and the bustling crowds.
The proximity to Bejuco Beach is another reason I bought my property. Bejuco Beach is one of the most spectacular, yet undiscovered, beaches in all of Costa Rica;and truly one of the greatest places in the world for morning walks and evening sunsets
