The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55" Roku TV and sliding door access to the large balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, 50" Roku TV and a window with views over the Destin Harbor and all the way to Crab Island. There is access to the second bathroom from the second bedroom and from the living area. The second bathroom has a shower.

The large sofa in the living room is a new "sleep between the arms" queen sleeper with a premium 8.5" thick mattress.

The living area features oversized sliding doors to the balcony and fantastic views of the beach and resort pools. Because this is an end unit, it also has a large floor-to-ceiling window facing North with views over Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay, all the way to the Mid=Bay Bridge. There is a 60" Roku TV and board games.

Pelican Beach Resort features easy private beach access and a Café, convenience market and a Tiki Bar and Grill in season. There are three pools, including a new zero-entry pool right next to the beach, two hot tubs and a kid's pool. There is also a well-equipped gym with a sauna and steam room. Outside, there is a large grilling area with gas grills, tennis and pickleball courts, a covered parking garage and EV charging stations.
