The Beach is Calling! Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Relax and enjoy your vacation in this charming "cottage" condo at Pelican Beach, Unit 1214 (Twelfth floor). This newly renovated unit sleeps 6 comfortably. In addition to an indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, and 2 hot tubs, this resort has a NEW beachfront pool and a new 14 person hot tub. The resort has a cafe and a Tiki Hut next to the beach. Located in the heart of Destin, you are close to a variety of restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

We had a great stay- the room was just as described and communication on check in process made everything very smooth. We loved the view from balcony and the room had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and shower had great water pressure. The tiki bar and pelican cafe were nice to have right on site. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach Resort! The host was a great communicator and the condo was clean and perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the gulf view from the balcony and the ease to get to and from the beach! The pools were very nice and clean and the tiki bar was great for an early evening drink! We would definitely rent here again!

Condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. It is definitely not crowded during the second week in September. We were able to use the pool and find open chairs everyday. Restaurants are all around the area and the boardwalk wasn’t busy either!

This condo was a wonderful stay! The beach chair service was great, loved the cafe food options for breakfast and lunch, as well as the tiki hut convenience on the beach! Kids took advantage of the pools and hot tub. Unit was very clean and I appreciated the leftover previous guest sunscreen. This was a last minute get away and it was easy, comfortable, clean and wonderfully relaxing!!

Fantastic mini vacay

Love Destin! Condo was great for my family and I. Even has a small washer and dryer in the unit. Beautiful sunrises in the morning. Joan is a gracious host. :)

My favorite view at night from the balcony is the full October moon over the water.. Glad you enjoyed your view. Staying on the beach is the best way to stay in Destin.

Beach View Beauty

This property is extremely nice. Great communications with owner. Quality furnishings and perfectly equipped kitchen. Two baths, two BR, LR and deck with chairs and table -- overlooking the unbelievably beautiful Destin beach. Five stars all the way! We will be back!!

Well-equipped condo - great location

The condo is well equipped in the kitchen and some bath towels were provided. You may want to pack extra if you have more than 4 people staying, especially wash cloths. Excellent location in Destin and the beach was so nice! Would recommend and we would definitely stay here again. Joan the property owner was quick to respond to any of my messages too. Overall, it was a good experience.
