Nice neighborhood

I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had coffee, pods, sugar, and creamer available . Otherwise truly appreciated everything about this property. The washer and dryer were great to have. The office space is super nice with a standing desk, walking through the very nice neighborhood was pleasurable in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped, loved the layout.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with the Rail District for its perfect blend of urban energy and small-town charm. Picture tree-lined streets buzzing with life—locals sipping coffee at quirky cafes, the hum of trains rolling by, and the scent of fresh brews wafting from Griffin Claw Brewing Co. just blocks away.

We adore the walkability—strolling to Whole Foods, popping into boutique shops, or grabbing a bite at Whistle Stop diner feels effortless. The neighborhood’s creative vibe, paired with Birmingham’s upscale polish and proximity to downtown, makes it a gem. It’s our happy place, and we can’t wait for you to experience it too!
