Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to all resort amenities, and a ramp at the front door ensures easy entry to the property and resort office. Please note that the basement is currently not accessible.



The Neighborhood:

Little Mountain Resort is a first-class resort located in the Wears Valley area. The resort offers a seasonal heated pool, three hiking trails, putt-putt, par-3 golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and fishing. Fishing equipment and sports balls are provided at the office for FREE!

Indoor fireplace is not available during summer months.



At the resort, the roads are paved and wind through hilly terrain with a couple of steep areas. In snowy or icy conditions, using a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains is strongly advised.



No pets are allowed. If you are caught with a pet of any kind in the cabin, there will be a $500 charge, and you will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS.
