Relax on the spacious front deck while enjoying ocean breezes, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the sand. Beach chairs and baby gear are provided for your convenience. The owners live just blocks away, ready to assist if needed.

Located steps from the beach access, you’re also within easy walking distance to popular spots like Grannies, Ocean Grill Restaurant and Tiki Bar, Vinnies, The Spot, Leaf and Loaf, and Fun Time Ice Cream. We lived in Wake Forest, NC, for 15 wonderful years. In 2012, we bought a beach house in Carolina Beach to rent out and enjoy ourselves when we could. Over the years, we loved hosting family and friends there—it became a special retreat for us and everyone who visited. A couple of years ago, we made the exciting decision to move into the beach house full-time, embracing the coastal lifestyle we had always dreamed of. Recently, we’ve purchased a new home nearby that we are now thrilled to offer as a rental. We’re committed to making sure you have a great experience, and since we live just around the corner, we’re always available if you need anything or have any questions during your stay.

Since moving to Carolina Beach, we’ve absolutely fallen in love with it—especially the neighborhood where this house is located. There’s something truly special about this area: the laid-back coastal vibe, the friendly community, and the natural beauty all around. The house is just a short walk from the beach, and we’ve really come to appreciate how convenient everything is. There are great local restaurants, and unique spots to explore just around the corner, along with a nearby walking path that’s perfect for morning strolls or evening sunsets. And the neighbors—warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile—have made it feel like home from the start.
