- No central AC – window AC units are provided and keep the home cool.
- No washer/dryer currently available in the home.
- Cottage size: 700 sq ft – cozy, small yet efficient space.
- Bathroom and shower are functional but on the smaller side.
​​​​​​​- Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $75 per pet, with up to two pets allowed
- All reservations exceeding 28 nights require a signed rental agreement and background check. These will be sent after your booking is confirmed and must be completed prior to your stay.
