This cozy studio is tucked away in the lovely School St. neighborhood, central to everything Ogunquit has to offer. All of the shops and restaurants of downtown Ogunquit are just steps away. Ogunquit's Main Beach is a 10 minute walk across the foot bridge, and the start of Marginal Way is a 5 minute stroll away. A community playground and basketball court are located right across the street.

There is a a shared outdoor space with a grill and picnic table. WiFi, Roku for guest streaming services, A/C, and parking for one car are included.

This is a very cozy and clean studio cabin in the perfect location to experience all of Ogunquit. Wonderful host provides everything needed for a nice stay.

Really nice and cozy place, exactly as shown in the listing. The location was really good, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was also a really good price for the place and location. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

You cannot find a better location at such an affordable price - just a stroll to Shore Road with restaurants, shops and nightlife, and quick walk to big beach. The lovely tree cover provides a bonus reprieve from the hot summer sun. Perfect getaway spot for a couple who is looking to enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer.

Perfect little cottage for 2 and a pup.BEST LOCATION! Within 15 minutes we could walk to everything- 40 shops and restaurants, live theater, grocery, pharmacy, the Marginal Way, and most importantly THE BEACH!

Location, location, location, AMAZING! Did not need to get into the car the entire time. Walking distance to beach, shops, bars, restaurants, everything. Rental has everything you need, even beach chairs! Did not need to chat much with the host but when I did, quick response. Perfect place for 2.

The whole time we kept saying,”I’m so glad we found this place!” There’s no better place than being in the heart of Ogunquit, still tucked away under the shade of trees, we walked everywhere.The studio is cozy but has everything you need. Plenty of floor space for our baby boy to toddle around. We loved the large flat screen tv and the shower gets nice and hot with excellent water pressure. The bed was comfy and the sheets felt divine. I loved not sharing walls with anyone, felt like our own house for four days:) So happy we found this hidden gem for such a reasonable price!

We had an excellent stay at this location. Cozy and nestled behind the hustle and bustle. Easy walk to everything, though if you cannot do hills walking to and from the cottage from the street would be difficult. It was a little small for 7 nights, and the shower is very small. Despite a couple of quirks the cottage was extremely cozy and much better than a hotel room with no kitchen! It was very clean and had everything you would need was there from utensils to beach wagon and chairs. Kim and her husband were wonderful. Kim even found my AirPods and dropped them in the mail for me. We could not have asked for a better stay in our favorite most beautiful place by the sea.

Kim and Joe were great hosts and what a fabulous cottage! It may look a little smaller, but it had everything needed for a terrific two week vacation in Ogunquit. It has a comfortable bed with very nice bedding, quality bath & kitchen towels. The owners provide a stick vac for quick clean ups along with all sorts of cleaning supplies. The location couldn’t be better! It is a quick walk to Ogunquit Beach, lots of restaurants, Perkins Cove and so much more!
