Excellent location. Within walking distance of the playhouse, the beach and several resturants. Very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive to questions. Would recommend it !!

This was our second stay and does not disappoint. Good proximity to downtown and beach. Please be aware, low ceiling as it is a lower/basement unit, (We are average height- so no issues...) Our hosts were great!

Super communication ✨and easy access to enter. Great walkable location for the town beach and Marginal way. We loved the quiet street especially with the October fall foliage foliage 🍁We found the property bright, clean, fresh and cosy. It was well equipped with a toaster kettle and good sized fridge. I would have preferred a larger bed, but it was very comfortable.

Great location, comfortable and cozy!

Ken gave us great instructions on our arrival. The place was clean, and well stocked for cooking, if you desired to save a bit on meals. It was a short walk to anyplace....shops, restaurants, beach, and Marginal Way. I would highly recommend it. But if you are over 6' tall, you would hit your head on the ceiling, and not fit into the shower. But for us shorter people, it was great!

Great location! Everything you need is in this simple apartment. Nice grounds with tables and chairs.

Great location and owner was fantastic

The basement unit smelled like cigarette smoke and the owner was very responsive. He had great ideas on how to air out the unit and it worked. He also let me checkout unit later in the day which was very nice. The unit fits comfortably for short people Since the ceiling is quite low. The shower was a bit small so if you are a big person it would be an issue. I’m only 5’4” and thin so it wasn’t an issue. The height of shower probably fit less than 5’9” person, just FYI. The location was fabulous where you can walk to marginal way, Perkins Cove and Ogunquit beach. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Must stay!

This place made our say in Maine! I'm so glad I booked it for the weekend. It was a perfect location for everything my boyfriend and I were looking to do. It's a very quick walk to the beach for a relaxing sunset/sunrise walk and very close to Marginal Way which is an absolute must little scenic walk. Ken the owner of the place was very helpful and accommodating when a little hiccup happened. overall the studio apt was an absolute pleasure to stay at and I waould definitely recommend it! just keep in mind it is not friendly to those over 6 feet but was no problem for my boyfriend and I.

Wonderful accommodation in Oganquit

We stayed for a week in this studio. My spouse and I were comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness and light-filled space . Most important, we loved the location as we could walk to the beach daily and Marginal Way. Ken is responsive and prompt if you have questions . We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was the first vacation for my Wife and I in Ogunquit. We loved it. The property is on a quite side street so your just outside of the high volume areas but a half block away from a bunch of restaurants and shops. There is a beautiful yard area with gas grills if you want to use them. I would highly recommend! Bill & Deb Clayton

Wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else!

Our say was very nice. It was far enough away from the beach to be private, and quiet. It stayed cool all day even without the air conditioner on and was very clean. My partner and I are also vegan and it had more than enough cooking supplies (dinnerwear, pans, bowls) I only have a few points for concern. 1- it’s a basement apartment so if the upstairs guests are noisy, you will certainly hear them. 2- it noted that the ceilings were short but would fit someone under 6’1, that is true EXCEPT for the bathroom shower. It probably wouldn’t fit someone over 5’11. And 3- we had to bring our own linens, which is totally understandable given COVID, but we were told to bring a full size bed set and the mattress was much too thick for a full, I would recommend a queen size set. Otherwise 10/10 would recommend! Perfect for hanging out when not on the beach! (I also LOVED having the grills available to us, super nice touch!) 100% worth the price! If my partner was shorter I would definitely stay again!

Ogunquit ist ein wunderschöner Standort für Ausflüge und ausgedehnte Spaiergänge am Atlantic. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und unterstützt tatkräftig bei der Lösung von Problemen.

Wonderful studio apartment at a great value!

Perfect location in Ogunquit; close to the beach and shopping with easy access to Route 1. Quiet street with low traffic count. Studio was immaculate and well appointed. Kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes needed to eat in every night. Two grills and tables in the backyard allowed for outdoor dining if one desired. Although I did not use these amenities this time, I may on my next stay. Ken was always very prompt in responding to my emails, usually within the hour. Rules were well defined and very easy to abide by. Outdoor light was left on for my arrival at 8 PM. Couldn't have asked for more. Felt like I was staying at a friend's place rather than renting from someone that I had never met. You will not be disappointed in renting this property. Glad that I found it and I am sure you will be, also.
