Parking:
Two off-street parking spots suitable for mid-sized vehicles are provided. Please note that larger trucks or SUVs may not fit in the off-street spots. Ample free street parking is available right by the house.

The house is centrally located just minutes from Belmont, 12 South, & Hillsboro Village. Easy walk or very short Uber to everything! If you have any questions about getting around, please feel free to reach out.

Please take note of these additional important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

• Guest Services: Enjoy a hassle-free departure with no checkout chores – simply lock up and go. Our local Nashville Access team is happy to assist with reservations, recommendations, grocery stocking, and any needs during your stay.

• Early Check-ins/Late Check-outs: Guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged for half the nightly rate if the preceding or following night is available and blocked for you. Otherwise, we gladly allow early check-ins when the house is ready- No parties, events, or unapproved guests without prior written approval.

• Group Bookings: The Blair House can be combined with adjacent homes for larger groups needing more space. Please message us to check availability.

• Hot Tub Guidelines: To keep the hot tub in top condition and avoid malfunction, please agree to the following before booking:
- Always keep the lid on when not in use. During summer, you may leave lid off at night, ONLY when sun is not out. This will help with cooling.
- Maintain temperature between 96-98°F anytime not in use.
- Do not turn off the breaker at any time.
