We loved staying here. It was close enough to the main area of Broadway, but yet far enough away to not be bothered by the crowds. Took about five minutes by uber to get to the main area. Great location and wonderful home to share with friends. All of us said we would stay there again if ever back in Nashville. Highly recommend this home.

This is the second property of this host’s that I’ve stayed. Our experience both times was absolutely top-notch!!! This property was located very conveniently to why we were there (graduation) and was easy to get to/from wherever we needed. The property itself was perfect for the 8 of us, and it was the best ‘home base’ for our trip. Lauren is a wonderful host, and I highly recommend this, or any of her other properties. We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful place with lots of great amenities. Short uber to broadway. Great for couples as there is a bathroom next to or within each bedroom! Enjoyed lots of sunshine on the rooftop Lauren is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend

We just returned from a trip to Nashville, where we stayed in this house. It was beautiful! We flew in on a late flight, and were so happy to be greeted by drinks in the refrigerator and snacks, as it was too late to get groceries. The house is located in a safe neighborhood. The house was so clean! I had great communication with the owner and felt that they were there if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

This is a great home for a group trip to Nashville. Lauren was easy to communicate with, house was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, easy walk to Midtown or short drive to Broadway. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again.

What a great stay! Property is just as amazing as listed. Neighborhood is fantastic with many restaurants and live music venues a five minute walk away. Short Uber to downtown locations such as Broadstreet. We loved our stay! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville. Many extras included with plenty of clean linens and towels. This property was the perfect place to explore Nashville from with our large group. The location made it easy to get everywhere, including Broadway, Midtown, and great local restaurants. The home itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up for groups, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. We loved having multiple bedrooms and gathering spaces, and the host made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville with family or friends!

This home is exactly like the pictures. It is very pretty and so well done. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for a great stay. It is near Vanderbilt and the uber rides to Broadway were very quick and easy. The hosts were very accessible and very easy to work with it. We can't wait to return--definitely recommend.

This property is amazing! We booked it for our annual girls’ trip and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to downtown with easy access. The spaciousness of the house allowed everyone to spread out but also have time together for meals and downtime. The house is well stocked with linens, cooking needs and toiletries and there is ample storage. Everything is very modern and well-kept. The communication with the hosts was wonderful; very detailed and prompt. This was the best property I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay with the hosts again if the opportunity arises!
