Perfect stay for a group getaway

Host was great with check in information. Location was perfect to downtown area. The house was very clean and perfect in size. It had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend.

Perfect

We were here for a family celebration of life, and we appreciated being able to host a meal afterwards for a dozen more family members. The snacks and drinks were greatly helpful since we arrived late in the evening. Several family members are talking about coming back with other friends and family. Thank you!

Perfect Nashville Stay!

This townhome is the perfect place to stay in Nashville! Safe location, gorgeous house has everything you need. The beds and living room were extremely comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms were amazing, especially if you have a large group - all 4 bathrooms have 2 locations with mirrors and sinks to get ready. Great outdoor space as well - both a small balcony off the main floor and an amazing top floor patio with great furniture to relax outside. Extra special bonus is the 2-car garage. The owners are fabulous - extremely responsive and were really flexible with our changing plans. Oh, and the house was perfectly clean. We highly recommend and will stay here every time we come to Nashville!

Fantastic Townhomes

We rented 2 townhouses for 16 of us and it was fabulous experience! From the initial contact through the check out process Lauren and Jenn were amazing to deal with and so speedy to reply. The condos are gorgeous and supplied with everything needed to make our trip so relaxing and convenient. Will definitely recommend and even be back again myself :)

Exceptional

This has been the best rental we have stayed in ever! The communication with the owner was flawless. Quick and clear responses! The home was spotless, and the owner had so many personal touches that made it so comfortable. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance or a short Uber trip away. We will most definitely rent from this owner again in the future. I definitely recommend to anyone!!

Amazing home

This townhouse is excellent! I was in Nashville to celebrate my birthday with friends & family & it was all couples. We had more than enough space for us all to be comfortable. No bunk beds or twin beds here! I liked we all had our own bathrooms as well. The location is excellent. Close enough to everything without too much of the noise after hours. The hosts had snacks/drinks for us upon arrival which was nice. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or group trip. Plenty of parking between the garage, driveway, & street. There is construction going on right next to the building so M-F it’ll be a little noisy during the day but it was not a problem for us.

Spring Break 2024 with Family

We stayed at the property with my teenager son, my best friend, her teenage son, and her sister and brother in law. Great house! Fit all of us perfectly and plenty of space. The area was nice with lots within walking distance. We will for sure look to stay at this property or another one with these property managers. House was clean, and lots of nice welcome treats and drinks left for us. The set of bags in the garage was nice also. We had fun playing with the kids on one of the nicer days and enjoying some down time. Great stay!

Gary’s Nashville trip

The property at 2126 Hayes Street was an excellent choice and we enjoyed it immensely. It comfortably fit our group and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to visit Nashville. A great location not far from lower Broadway or the Airport. There are even Some great food or drinking options just around the corner.

Exceeds Expectations

From the moment we booked our experience was EXCELLENT. The host is very responsive and more than accommodating of our requests. Once we arrived, the condo had everything we could need and more. This place is clean with high end finishes. We would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 times.

FABULOUS!! FABULOUS, FABULOUS

Our stay was so much fun. We absolutely loved the nice big dining room table for playing cards and eating the delicious meals we prepared in the kitchen. The decor was super cool and very high-end. Lauren helped us navigate to the best restaurants nearby. She was super helpful in every way. The location was unbeatable. The girls trip ever! We will be back next year. Thank you again.

Gorgeous!

Jen and Lauren's home was absolutely stunning. One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. It was open, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It was chilly when we visited and we started each day by lighting the fireplace and having a cozy breakfast in the modern kitchen. One morning was warmer and we were able to enjoy the weather on the rooftop deck. The location was excellent - just a block away from the Vanderbilt campus, right near Centennial Park and within walking distance to Broadway. Communication with Jen and Lauren was excellent and they even gave us permission to park in their garage when we arrived too early for check-in. The coffee at nearby Coco Cafe was excellent and we picked up groceries at the Whole Foods and Publix. For the vegans/vegetarians, the food at Avo was delicious. There is a construction project right next door to the building (and they typically started at 7:00!) but there are lots of earplugs and white noise machines provided. We chose the bedroom furthest away from the construction and we didn't hear much noise, but it was seemed to be louder on the other side of the house. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to Nashville.

Business or pleasure

Have stayed here on many occasions and it’s the only host that truly takes care of their guests. Always easy to communicate with and the home is always very clean and stocked with snacks and drinks. Located near West End but a short Uber ride down to Broadway. Several restaurants located within a five minute walk.
