Luxurious and modern, this completely renovated condo in historic downtown Wilmington is sure to delight! 1 bedroom w/ Queen Bed, 1 full bath with spacious walk-in shower, washer/dryer in unit. Also includes a pass for the parking garage next door.

The oversized sliding door offers an amazing view of the Cape Fear River from both inside the unit, or from the fresh air of the balcony. Enjoy sunsets, area wildlife, and views of the Battleship North Carolina. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to cook up some meals, or if you prefer, walk to many of our amazing restaurants!

Perfect for a weekend escape or a week long retreat. Located on the riverfront in the heart of downtown. Walk to all the many fine restaurants and shops, historic homes, Wilson Center, Thalian Hall and much more. Primo location!

We’ve stayed in this building a couple of times already but this has to be the cleanest and the most beautifully decorated one we’ve stayed at! Everything was as listed on the page, we will be back for sure, and would highly recommend

Beautiful condo,perfect for a couple. Conveniently located within walking distance to most restaurants and sights. River walk is literally less than 100 yards with a nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Host provided everything we could possibly need.

Great downtown spot. Really enjoyed the patio looking at the water. Super clean. Comfortable bed. The quality of the unit really does match the beauty of the photos.Parking situation is sub-optimal. Lot is across the street. I had a one-time issue with the parking pass which was frustrating during check-in but not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things.Would recommend and or stay here again.
