The space
Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath pet friendly apartment that is minutes from all that Burlington has to offer.

The finished apartment is on second floor above the garage of the primary residence. Most of the year, Family lives on the premises in the primary unit with their young child and dog. The primary residence may also be available if you wanted to book them both. You can view availability and book that residence here:
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the apartment living space as well as side yard patio. There is one off street parking spot available to the guest.

No access to parking in front of garage, garage, backyard, or primary residence.
Other things to note
We are a 1 dog friendly home. Local regulations requires we receive a copy of the dog’s rabies vaccination certificate. We will ask guests to send a photo of the Rabies Vaccination Certificate through messaging.

Quiet hours are 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights out of respect for our wonderful neighbors.
The apartment has its own walkway and entrance separate from the primary home. Access to the apartment is located down a path on the left side of the garage.

We ask that NO furniture be moved throughout the house. Moving furniture throughout the house is NOT permitted. If you need a piece of furniture moved please let Devin know and we will gladly come and move it for you.
