Could not have been a better experience. House was super clean, and the family enjoyed our time together. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Our family had a wonderful time at Sand Dollar Beach! And this property exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was easy and always prompt. I’ve been coming to this beach for over 30 years and have seen many different homes/units in the area; this was by far the best we’ve stayed in. We hope to return next year!

The house is lovely, and just a short walk to the beach. When we opened the windows, we could hear the water. It’s about 50 minutes to Monterey and 20-25 minutes to Santa Cruz, so we had a central location to go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos State Park, and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The owner knows the area well, and had a list of suggested places when I asked. We stopped by Gizdich Ranch (one of the suggestions) on our way home after checking out, and loved the pies there.

Beautiful property! The house was exceptionally clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. The location was great- just a short walk to the beach and lovely views of the ocean. Siobhan was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The second floor has large windows which allows for amazing views of the ocean, We are 8 houses from the beach. Stunning views, quiet retreat in a quiet neighborhood.
