Great location

Great convenient location. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Well appointed and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved having indoor amenities during rainy days. Great communication from host.

Wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summerchase. The location was perfect! Everything we needed was close by yet there were not other condos or businesses crowding us. The beach was beautiful! The condo itself was nice, a couple of minor issues but were resolved quick with the management of Liquid life. A wonderful vacation was had by the whole family!

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Summerchase condo. There were a few things that could be improved, but the place was super clean upon arrival and we would definitely stay there again!

Stay here!

No contact check in and check out made it speedy and more relaxed when we arrived after dark. The condo itself was clean and could not hear other tenants during our stay. Central location in town and the beach was so great you didn't need to travel anywhere.

Would stay again in a heart beat.

The condo itself was just as advertised and met everyone one of our needs. Clean and well kept. The property (including the condo front door) could use some upkeep and although it has an amazing workout area only a few of the equipment actually works the rest were broken. Overall the location and the condo were amazing and we hope to stay here again.

Orange Beach Stay

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great security on site. Magical sunset views. Could use more towels and washcloths. We had to wash every night for the 6 of us. No hand towels or pot holders in kitchen.

2019 Vacation

Loved the condo!, the view was spectacular. Enjoyed the pool and the kiddie pool, the hot tub was extremely too hot, couldn't stay but a minute. The condo was just as described. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Can't wait to come back next year and would Love to stay in same condo!! The patio could use more chairs and a larger table, we loved to eat outside and watch the waves during breakfast! Love the fact that Summerchase is off by itself, nothing on either side, not as many people!

Spring Break 2021

We had a great stay at Summerchase, it was a larger complex than we had been used to but we have two young girls that really enjoyed the pool options (indoor and outdoor) and easily accessible to the beach (simple boardwalk walkway) that we spent time on each day. We went for morning and evening walks easily, had access to beach chairs, and a beautiful view and nice interior layout for our number of guests. Also- kitchen was updated and nice and clean. We ate out most of the trip but it was nice to cook breakfast in before heading to the beach. Only thing I may add is that it is right next to the city beach so there is that crowd closer to the pier and that way but it was only busy there on the weekends during our stay.

Spring Break 2021 Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice and spacious. Updated in decor. Beautiful view. Only complaint was the floor was dirty. My husband wore his socks and they were black within 5 min or less. So I feel like the floor could be mopped better. We did have a bad storm, hail, high winds and heavy rain. Water came in around the doors and windows so had to use all the towels to clean it up. We were up so luckily it did not sit and was cleaned up immediately. I would stay again. 4.5/5

Nice condo, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was really nice and clean, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in for a rental unit. I do have a problem with the people who run the condo and management, Liquid Life. We stay from Monday to Saturday morning. There was a storm on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning where lightening struck the elevator and made it out of order from Wednesday til Thursday afternoon. The people at LL didn’t let anyone know till the end of the business day on Wednesday that the elevator was out and wouldn’t be fixed til at least Friday. I call LL Thursday morning and ask if there would be any kind of reimbursement for this, we were on the 10th floor. They said no since it was a freak accident rudely. The elevator was fixed and working Thursday afternoon and LL did not message anyone that the elevator was working again. On Friday I got a message that I could extend my stay for another night at discounted rate til Sunday. Meanwhile hurricane IDA was on the way. So yes the condo was really nice, but I won’t stay with Liquid Life.

Furniture needs to be replaced but overall nice condo

The condo had a lot of room but there were a few things that need attention. The couch and loveseat were very worn and sagging. They had dirt spots all over them and we did not sit on them once during our entire stay. The washer is really tiny and you could only wash 2 towels in it at a time. Being a 3 bedroom condo this would have been a problem if we had more people staying with us. The balcony had two really cheap chairs and a table that was tiny, rusted, and wobbly. Where would others sit if we had the amount of people this condo holds? Besides the cheap furnishings the condo was clean, in a great location, and was fine for spending the week on the beach.
