Great Beach View

The main feature of this unit is the wrap around balcony beach front view. Three bedrooms, nicely appointed. Short drive to many good restaurants. About a mile from a Gulf State Park Trail head. Perfect walking trails.

Family time

The property was everything we look for in a family vacation! The location was excellent and beach was never crowded even for mid June. The condo was very well stocked in a every room even for those that prepare a lot of meals themselves. Someone even came by after our arrival to ask if we needed extra towels, linens, etc. I was texted throughout the week to assure we had everything we needed. Not one complaint for the week. We will definitely return again soon.

Summerchase review

We had a wonderful time! Location and unit were great. If we were to say anything slightly negative it would be we noticed some wear and tear on some things. We really enjoyed our time there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love Summerchase. Have stayed there several times over the past several years. This was not one of my favorite units to stay in. Had a few minor issues but they were resolved very quickly. My main issue was the unit not being very clean. Furniture and carpets in bedrooms were in need of a good cleaning.

Happy place with amazing views

We stayed there for two weeks and it was great! We loved it! Easy drive to the property, easy access, a corner unit with big comer balcony and amazing view. Grocery stores were very close too - very convenient.

Great Orange Beach Vacation

We loved the location of the property. It was nice to not have big condo's on either side. It definitely meant less people on the beach near us. The property is so close to Publix and other stores, literally across the street. We loved being on the 7th floor. It was the perfect view. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The carpet was worn but that didn't bother us at all. Everything was very clean. We loved the big balcony but the door was really hard to open, understandable because of the salt water wear and tear. All in all, we would stay here again on our next trip to the beach!

Two TVs did not work when we arrived but when we called they arrived quickly. The only problem was the carpet in all 3 bedrooms were filthy. The had stains all over them. The hall bathroom's commode kept getting hung on the chain with the flapper and the master bathroom vent sounded terrible - we were afraid to use. I found the lost TV changer behind the nightstand in the twin bedroom along with a water bottle.

The carpet was badly stained in the bedrooms. The wet bar countertop and sink was missing. It was laying in the master closet with random pieces of granite. I called about these issues as soon as we arrived, and were told they were entering a ticket. We never saw nor heard back. I sent many texts and pictures. On the final day I received an email saying we would get our cleaning fee back, which I did appreciate. We will not stay in Summerchase 701 again.

Great condo for the price

Location of condo was spectacular. Ease of getting in and out was wonderful. The pools were nice. The pots and pans were updated. The floor was a bit messy. We mopped it and it was messy 24hrs later so it could just be the floor. There were some minor maintenance issues but nothing terrible. Honestly I would stay here again everytime we come down if it is available.

Steps to the beach

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Mix of adults, teens & a 2 year old. It is incredibly close to the beach with super convient beach access. Beach was beautiful and not over crowded during our stay. Pot & pans were all updated & kitchen was functional. We had an issue with our fridge not cooling, but once management was notified, it was fixed within 2 hours of our request. Staff was very friendly & the public bathrooms were very very clean. Overall our condo itself could’ve been cleaner, but we enjoyed our time & experience nonetheless! Would stay again.

Weekend getaway

Place was spacious. Plenty of room for a group. Beach area wasn’t crowded since no buildings are adjacent to the property. Kitchen well stocked. Does need some maintenance to patio door seal and paint on walls. TV remotes were missing and main TV had trouble with no channels. Had to run a channel scan each time we tried to use it and even then all channels didn’t work. Each day we had different channels. Overall would stay again in this location.
