A peaceful Maui gem just steps away from the ocean. 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom - & sofa sleeper condo located in South Maui.

It has beautiful cathedral ceilings giving the condo a spacious feel. Tile flooring throughout, and a remodeled bathroom with granite counters and a walk in shower. The updated kitchen has granite counters as well. Large bedroom with a queen sized bed has a spacious walk in closet and vaulted ceilings.

The space:
One bedroom upper floor condo. Beach across the street.

Guest access:
Lower level, Guests have no access to upper level loft.

Other things to note:
Shared pool and hot tub available year round, Two new bbq stations, plenty of chairs and covered dining area at the pool. Spacious and tranquil Lani with shades and a table for your morning coffee or dinner. Internet and cable TV, beach towels, chairs and umbrella.

Matt was a wonderful guest. Communication was clear and timely, house rules were followed, and the property was left in excellent condition. We would gladly host them again and recommend them to other hosts without hesitation.

Avoid this one.Apartment is spacious but shabby, run down. In need of various small maintenance tasks. e.g. the fridge makes a constant rattling sound, a tile is missing in one spot. Curtain rail is sagging.Host instructions were lacking in detail - no code for the pool, no instructions on where to take garbage.We were shocked to be asked to pay additional cleaning fees as a result of local customs around keeping sand out of the apartment, which is not described in the house rules. Having kids it is very difficult to exclude all sand from an apartment and we left the apartment in a good state considering the cleaning fee.Location is okay, the beach nearby is nice for walking and seeing turtles but the beaches further south are better for snorkelling and spending the day.We loved Maui but none of that was a result of this apartment, I feel sure you could do better for the same price
