The property is a multifamily home that was made in the 1930s. You will be renting the ENTIRE HOME/Property (Units 1, 2 and 3) ; comes with a Private entrance to each unit. The entire home is private with no shared spaces. With 7 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, this enchanting property is perfect for large groups. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers. Relax in the spacious living areas and take advantage of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. This space is great for groups, families, friends, remote workers, expats and anyone who are looking for the perfect get away in Puerto Rico. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We had part of our party arrive early. The host was very accommodating and understanding. The house is well maintained and clean. There are board games for everyone and beach toys there for kids. There are a number of stores and restaurants in the area within walking distance. It easily worked for our 15 group.

Colorful murals cover buildings around Calle Cerra. The Centro de Bellas Artes stages opera, theater, and concerts, while the Plaza del Mercado has a buzzing nightlife scene. Resort hotels and bars cluster around Condado Beach.
Getting around
The perfection of this location is to combine walking with the use of bicycles, scooters, taxis or UBER. Everything is very close, being in the center many times during the day you find a lot of traffic, most of the streets only have one direction and the best way to get around is on foot.
If you need help with transportation services such as a rental car, pick up/drop off at the airport etc. please be sure to let us know.
