Excellent location within steps of the beach. Beautiful home. Plenty of space and was sparkling clean. Definitely be back.

Home was great! Easy access to the beach. It was just my husband and I and our dog. Dog slept in the kennel we brought, the listing says there is a kennel you can rent. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was fantastic. The location was perfect - a quick walk to Jamaica Beach, no street-crossing required. You can see a section of the beach from the back patio.

Everything was perfect from start to finish!! I highly recommend this place! Fantastic host, awesome beach house, easy instructions, great communication, very clean, convenient parking, family and pet friendly, secluded area, but close to restaurants, bars, and stores when and if needed. The atmosphere is very peaceful, with a quiet beach front that is perfect for all families, small or large! We had a wonderful weekend and would love to come back sometime soon! Recommendations - Place curtains/blinds on front door since it faces busy road, replace ceramic mug (small leak), add install porch light on back deck. Many thanks!!TP

We loved this little gem of a house, and more importantly its location! It's centrally located about the same distance between Galveston and Surfside, and being just a short walk to the beach, it was perfect for what we were looking for. House was updated with newer appliances and amenities. Of course any beach house takes abuse and needs constant upkeep, but the house was nice overall, and the owner's directions and rules were simple and straight forward. I could easily see us coming back in the future!

We checked in on Friday night and I had texted the host earlier that day to make sure the 2pm check out was correct as two sources on the listing said 2pm but the host message said 10am. I never heard back until I sent another message the next day on the app. I was then told check out was actually 10am and listing was wrong. By then I’d contacted support and they also told me check out was 2pm. Frustrating and time consuming. Overall the house was fine. The usb charger on the left side of the bed didn’t work. The trash bin outside the house stunk very badly and could be smelled from the upper level. I liked that we were about a 5 minute walk to the water’s edge.
