Please note prior to booking, there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under-18 accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check-in can result in guests being evicted & not refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement, a copy of the person driver s license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & copy of driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If Anchors Away doesn't receive your Rental Agreement & a copy of your driver's license back within 48 hours of the time of booking, your reservation will be cancelled & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & must be present during the entire stay. Please also note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under-18 accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. Please do not inquire during Spring Break time asking if exceptions are made. There are no exceptions made to this policy.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants that the house sleeps. This goes for visitors as well. This house sleeps/accommodates 12 people max per the fire marshal. This includes children of all ages. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the property because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out will be evicted immediately.
This house is dog friendly – 1 dog max: 25 lb. weight maximum, with a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee being requested after booking once you register the dog on the reservation. No puppies or cats. Absolutely no exceptions. ESA Animals & Service animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. Your pet is not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Additional fees will apply if waste is not cleaned up, damages occur, or extra cleaning is required by housekeeping. Dogs are not allowed to use the bathroom outside in the pool area. This rule must be followed, or additional charges will apply. Please do not allow you dog in the pool. Dog hair causes filters to clog. If you do, you will be responsible for the trip charge for our pool tech to come out. If the dog is left alone inside the home, the dog must be crated. No exceptions. If an emergency or a maintenance issue were to arise, our team will need to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions on the crate rule. Additional charges will be applied if we find that this rule has been violated.
From October 1st to April 30th, the pool will only be able to be heated upon request. If a guest wishes to have the pool heated during those months, a charge a $50.00 a day will be requested & must be paid in full by your second payment due date. If that charge is not paid in full at that time, guests won't be able to heat the pool. The guest must pay for the entire length of the stay. No refunds are given once this charge is paid in full. No exceptions.
We allow 4 vehicles max. No more than 4 vehicles to be parked in the driveway at any given time. There is no parking in the street. Absolutely no exceptions.
For your protection & ours, we have a Ring Camera at the front door monitoring the home which records video & audio. Please do not cover or tamper with the camera in any way. If we see that the camera has been covered or tampered with in any way, guests will be evicted immediately & will not be refunded for their stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival. Checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not guarantee early check-ins. By booking, guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check-in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Please do not show up to the house until you have been notified by our office that the house is ready for check in.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by neighbors that you are being disrespectful or disruptive, you could potentially be evicted with no refund. Please be respectful to our neighbors as not everyone is here on vacation.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guests will result in additional charges. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $500 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $500 fine.
This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout, if this has not been done, you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night-
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection, if furniture is moved around not put back, additional charges will apply.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
