Your booking allows access to all parts of the bottom enclosed in-law suites and property grounds, back Patio with spa Tub, and front porch. Quiet neighborhood with nature surrounding the property. The Bottom patio front and Back is exclusive to the guests who book. We look forward to hosting you!

Our neighborhood is quiet and full of wild animals.
この宿泊施設の特徴
No swimming is allowed in the lake, pond, or canal. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, as there are alligators in the Pond. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while near the pond.
For groups consisting of more than six adults, please inquire before making a booking. The sleeper sofa can comfortably accommodate two children, but adults should be aware that depending on their size, it may not be suitable for two adult guests.
This booking includes access to the downstairs area of the property only. The upstairs is vacant and is not included in the rental. Alligator in pond! His name is Tim. We have seen rabbits, deers, and turtles on the property.
