PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. Limit and size restrictions may apply so please inquire before booking. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking

Nice location with a private beach just for the neighborhood. The rental is very well equipped and the beds were comfy. The wrap around porch and 2 lounge areas are great for relaxing after a day in the beach. Communication with the rental company was excellent!

The house was very clean. The linen smelled freshly bleached and sanitized.(my favorite smell). We had plenty of room. The beach was a little further than I would like but the parking pass that was provided was great! There was plenty of pots,pans and dishes. It felt like home!!!

Just for anyone else the listing is a bit confusing; it’s two queen bedrooms upstairs, and downstairs there is a king bed and two twins in separate books but not fully separate rooms. Downstairs looked a little aged, but everything upstairs was good. Be aware you need to bring your own beach towels, beach chairs etc; this was the first beach house I’d booked that didn’t have them so I don’t want anyone else surprised by that. But very easy quick walk to the beach and a parking pass is provided so you can drive down if it’s super hot out. Good location too and secluded from the neighboring houses so it feels very private. Good communication from hosts as well.

Loved the back porch!!! No access to bottom area except from outside. Dryer was being repaired. Very cozy and cutely decorated.
