Kelly, Thank you for your awesome rating and review despite the issues your shared regarding the common area pool and deck. We received information regarding the work but was told it would be complete in time for the start of Summer, which is always Memorial Day. Wouldn't you know that we received and update from the homeowners association on May 25th letting us know the construction was delayed due to unexpected orders not arriving on time. We hate this was going on during the time of your stay and hope you understand these are items beyond our control. We are so glad that despite this issue you were able to enjoy the home and the beach, and hope you will come be our guest again to enjoy the pool and deck renovation. Per the update we received on May 25th, the updates look amazing and the pool is open for the summer season. Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your experience of your stay with us. We hate that you were unaware of this property being pet friendly, however it should never smell like that. We also are unsure of where you got the information of the owner not coming to this property since 2020. The owner is a very nice lady that takes great strides to make this property a great one. We also have many repeat guests that can attest to the fact that the owner takes great care of this property. We are so sorry you visited at the end of a busy summer as this is when all of our properties need the most attention. We also wish you would've reported issues to us immediately as we could've had them addressed promptly to make your stay most enjoyable.
