From Stunning Mountain and Slope Side Views, Queen Bunk and Murphy Beds for your Family and Guests, to even a Copper Bathtub, this Beautiful and Newly Renovated Condo is everything you and your family need to have an experience y'all will never forget! There is access to the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort just down the road, as well as 24/7 Complimentary Shuttle Service to the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, and numerous restaurants/stores all around the area of Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk. This is a beautiful condo and it looks just like the pictures! We had a lovely stay. It was quite relaxing for us. The owners were immediately responsive to our questions when we messaged. I would love to come back again!

Can not say enough good things about our stay. Really appreciated the detail and effort that was put into this rental. You are not short of anything you need. Beds were so comfy, the living area was cozy and really felt like you were home. They welcomed us with lovely gift baskets and yummy goodies. We are looking forward to future stays! Thank you guys for being amazing host and making our stay special.

Hands down the best unit I have stayed in at Sugar Top, and I have been there well over a dozen times.This is definitely the unit I will look for first when booking next time!

I had no clue we were not able to park at the actual property. We were there for a baseball tournament and had to leave before the shuttle ran so we had to ask the front desk to shuttle us down to our vehicle before they actually were opened. They were great about it. There was no check in instructions, I had to email the host 2 hours before arrival to find out all the information. It was fairly cold in the condo and had no clue how to find the thermostat, it ended up being behind a picture on the wall. It would have be nice to not have to message the host about how to turn it on and how to find it. The other thing, the Wifi, I had no instruction to it. The service up on the mountain was poor as to be expected but I had to message the host again for the wifi. That could have been in the check in instructions. The host was very responsive but it would have been great to know those few things ahead of time. The towels were all damp due to the dryer not drying them completely. We did have to rewash them due to them smelling moldy from sitting damp in the cabinets. There was no soap so we went and got a small thing of it to wash what we had. The dryer still did not dry them. We had no check out instructions either. We didnt know if we needed to do anything with the trash, bedding, dishes, ect. . No extra trash bags. For future guests, check in and check out instructions would be helpful.
