Casa daNêspera

Nêspera（メドラの木）は、元の農家の敷地に建てられ、南向きのヴィラの正面に位置しています。 古代のオリーブとイナゴマメの木を一望できます。

60平方メートルのこの別荘は最大5人まで収容でき、印象的な高い天井と設備の整ったモダンなキッチン付きの広い日当たりの良いリビングリビングルームがあります。

室温調節のエアコンに加えて、一年中快適な休日の環境を促進する、中心部に位置する薪ストーブもあります。
2つの広いベッドルームには、160 x 200 cmのベッド付きのダブルルームと、2つのシングルルーム（90 x 200 cm）付きのツインルームの柔軟性があります。

この別荘には、快適な南西プライベートテラスがあります。 周囲のオリーブやイナゴマメの木々に囲まれた、専用の専用プール（450×450×120 cm）が太陽の暑さからの隠れ家です。

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was fantastic - just exactly what we had hoped for! The villa location was perfect to get away from everything and just enjoy the peace and quiet of a lovely rural setting. We had absolutely everything we needed and felt totally at home there.

Pleasant and well located house

Our trip and stay in Portugal was the most wonderful trip we’ve ever had. Alex and Mildred’s home is beautiful and modern and such welcoming people you can’t help but appreciate everything. They went over and above being hosts and we feel we have made a life long connection with an incredible family and the location is quiet and gorgeous. Great hiking right from the yard. We are planning to go back again next year. We highly recommend their home.

A Quiet Retreat in Algarve

Casa da Nespera is a comfortable, nicely equipped villa that feels very private and peaceful for a relaxing retreat. Conveniently located near major highways to explore the Algarve region, and just a few kilometres from Moncarapacho for getting supplies. Alex and Mildred are lovely hosts and made our stay welcoming and relaxing. They take great pride in their property and it's a beautiful oasis in the countryside.

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay. The house is cosy and comfortable, with plenty of outdoor seating offering both sun and shade. This is a great location to explore the rural Algarve. In early April, the fields surrounding the house are a blaze of colour, there is excellent hiking nearby and beaches are 10 minutes away. Mildred, Alex and Emay were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more.

Winter in Southern Europe

We had a very comfortable stay in Mildred's and Alex' house. Even though the nights were pretty cold, the house is cosy and warm due to electric heating and an additional wood stove.The days were marvelous with an incredibly blue sky. The land on which the house stays is ample. All plants and the ground are of a deep green at that time of the year. Flowers everywhere.Mildred an Alex are very nice hosts. All in all a great idea to come to Casa da Nespera.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Die Villa ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, um die Natur zu genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Fantastisch

Het huis is gezellig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaren zijn gastvrij en vriendelijk. De tuin is geweldig. Ontzettend groot met verschillende zitjes en klein zwembad. De loungebank onder de Johannesbroodboom vond ik een topper.

Rustig gelegen vakantiehuis

Dit afgelegen verblijf biedt alle rust die men wenst. Goed uitgeruste keuken, wil je zelf kokkerellen. Uitgestrekte tuin, met een ware bloemenpracht (kom dan begin mei), blauwe eksters die zich te goed doen aan de mispels, een occasionele hop voor de vogelliefhebber... De prima bedden zorgen voor een goede nachtrust. En niet te vergeten, de huiseigenaars next door, Alex en Mildred, die je hartelijk verwelkomen... Fijne mensen, fijne vakantieplek...!

Wunderbarer Rückzugsort

Das kleine Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen: es liegt ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig. Man ist ruckzuck am Meer. Es ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Landschaft ist schön. Und der Empfang ist überaus herzlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank Mildred und Alex, es war super erholsam bei Euch.

Traumhafte Idylle!!

Mildred und Alex haben auf ihrem weitläufigen Grundstück regelrechte Oasen geschaffen! Unser kleines Häuschen war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht ausgestattet. Der kleine private Pool und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus laden zum Entspannen ein. Für uns war alles perfekt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die tolle Woche bei euch, Mildred und Alex. Wir waren sofort zu Hause- von der ersten Minute an!

Wer kennt das nicht - ankommen und sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. So war es mit Mildred und Alex, den liebevoll zurückhaltenden GastgeberInnen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und echt komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an Nichts. Ein Ort zum wiederkommen. Danke an Euch beide für die freundliche Aufnahme in Eurem Haus.

Es hätte nicht schöner sein können

Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir sofort in die wunderschöne Casa Nespera einziehen. Die lichtdurchflutete, liebevoll eingerichtete Casa ist für ein Ferienhaus perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an keinem Detail. Das übrigens blitzsaubere Haus ist wohltemperiert und isoliert, so dass wir selbst in kühleren Märznächten den Kamin nicht anmachen mussten und trotzdem nicht froren. Die zwischenzeitlich erweitere Terrasse sowie zwei weitere Sitzplätze auf dem großen Grundstück bieten für jede Tageszeit ideale Orte um Mahlzeiten einzunehmen, für Lesestunden oder einfach Tagträumereien. Die Lage auf dem sehr ruhigen Lande ist perfekt an der noch touristisch weniger erschlossenen Sandalgarve: Rad- oder Wandertouren locken, ebenso Ausflüge an die zahlreichen langen Strände. Zudem bieten sich Tagesausflüge an die spanische Grenze an (z.B. nach Alcoutim), ins wunderschöne Hinterland oder auch Richtung Felsalgarve und Westküste. Vor allem zu erwähnen sind die großartigen Gastgeber: Mildred, Alex und ihre Tochter Emay. Der Kontakt mit Ihnen war von Beginn an absolut professionell und freundlich. Die Drei begrüßten und begleiteten uns während unseres Aufenthalts mit Herzlichkeit und Wärme und standen bei Bedarf für Nachfragen zur Verfügung ohne sich in irgendeiner Form aufzudrängen. Wir danken euch, dass wir euch kennenlernen durften und bei euch unseren Urlaub verbringen durften, der nicht der letzte gewesen sein wird. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wundervoll

Wir haben die Zeit in der Casa Nespera sehr genossen - ein wirklich gut ausgestattetes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, ein bisschen ausserhalb inmitten der Natur gelegen -wie wir es lieben- und unglaublich nette Gastgeber samt freundlichen Hunden. Ein paar Autominuten entfernt Supermärkte, Restaurants, Markthalle für frisches Obst/Gemüse/Fisch und natürllich das Meer. Danke an Mildred und Alex für Eure Gastfreundschaft!

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour en famille. On se sent très bien dans le gîte situé au calme dans la nature. Alex et Mildred sont des hôtes très sympathiques et très prévenants.

Eine tolle Bleibe in der Algarve

Wir haben unseren kurzen Urlaub bei Alex u Mildred sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst komplett ausgestattet und richtig gemütlich- auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Anbindung ist super und Umgebung bietet viel. Alex und Mildred sind sehr aufmerksame Gastegeber und vor allem richtig liebenswerte Menschen. Also: Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Hele mooie vakantiewoning met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ligt rustig, maar toch heel centraal om Algarve te bezoeken. Hele vriendelijke gastfamilie.

True Portugal in a really nice house

We really enjoyed our stay, Alex and Mildred are fabulous hosts and the site is really nice. Lots of Olive, Fig and almond trees! The house is brand new and well eqipped, we didnt miss anything. Aircon, pool, perfect for families as well.

We are Mildred and Alex and we’ve been enjoying beautiful blue skies and sunny days in the Eastern Algarve since 2015. We have build three complete and modern holiday homes and our own house on our property of 20.000 m2 named Casa Nova Safra in Moncarapacho.

How did we come to this?

Mildred had already met this peaceful and pretty country and knew the area around Porto, she had very fond memories of the people and general atmosphere in Portugal. When I first visited, it was love at first sight— it reminded me of the Dutch summers from my childhood.

In the following years we decided to visit a different part of Portugal every year in order to get to know the country better. The climate in the Algarve is our favorite, spring and summer are the only two seasons. We became increasingly fond of Portugal and the Algarve and decided to leave our houseboat in the Netherlands and make Portugal our new home. We wanted to share this amazing country and region with others and decided to built 3 vacation homes. On our property we have Casa da Laranja, Casa da Nêspera and Casa da Amêndao. Our homes are open to all people from near or far, gay or straight, for a short stay or for a longer stay. See you soon!
