Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a hallway that leads to the heart of the condo: the fully equipped kitchen. This space is ready for everything from a quick snack between beach outings to a home-cooked dinner enjoyed around the table. Outfitted with full-size stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, plus all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you could possibly need, it’s designed to make you feel right at home. Of course, if you’re in the mood to skip the cooking, you’re covered too, Dunes Village offers several on-site dining options, and you’ll find an incredible variety of restaurants just a short drive away. Delivery from Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other services is also available in the area for added convenience.



Just off the entryway, the bedroom offers a cozy and private space to unwind. It features two plush queen-sized beds, a nightstand, dresser, closet for your belongings, and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. A large window brings in natural light during the day, while blackout curtains ensure restful sleep at night. The ensuite bathroom, which also has an additional entrance from the living area, is well-appointed with a spacious tub/shower combo, double sink vanity, toilet, mirror, and a wall-mounted hairdryer, perfect for rinsing off after the beach or getting ready for a night out.



Continue through to the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and fill the space with natural light. This bright and airy room is easily the most relaxing spot in the condo. You'll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a reclining accent chair, side tables, a coffee table, ceiling fan, small dining area, and another large flatscreen TV for movie nights or morning news. To make your stay seamless, we’ve stocked the unit with all the essentials. You’ll find bath towels, washcloths, fresh linens, and a selection of basic toiletries waiting for you. We also provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

Please note: this is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in full retention of the security deposit, along with potential fines and eviction per resort policy. Pets are not permitted in the unit or on resort grounds. The minimum age to book is 18, and the maximum occupancy is four guests.



Dunes Village Resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the iconic Skywheel.
