The villa features a spacious bedroom and two bathrooms, and a living room sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase the spectacular views. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony, where the sound of the waves creates a soothing backdrop.
Just off the entry is the master bedroom en-suite. Fall asleep each night in the comfy King bed. The laundry is in the hall closet with a stacked washer and dryer. A second full bath is just down the hall, featuring full bath with walk-in shower. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
