5ベッドルーム、2 1/2バスルーム、3階建てのコロニアルは、1,2番、3番ビーチ、St Georgesスクールの近くにあります。ニューポートのダウンタウンまで5マイル。

2階に4つのベッドルーム、1つはクイーンベッド、2つはフルベッド（洗濯機/乾燥機）、1つは2つの双子で構成されています。 3階にはキング、専用バスルーム、シャワー、デッキ（2名様用）、1番ビーチのパノラマビュー、Cliff Walk、Newport bridgeがあります。

1階には大きなキッチン（島付き）、大きなデン（2つのソファ）、ダイニングとリビングルームがあります。 キッチンにはデッキがあります。

Bachelor pad

Lots of ants in the kitchen. SeemedLike a bachelor pad. Not good for kids. Would not recommend for families .

Great house, great host

We had a great experience renting from Kevin. The house is beautiful and kept very clean- and the views from the master bedroom are incredible. Kevin is responsive and helpful and we would be happy to stay there again.

Wonderful home for a family.

Beautiful views of the beaches and Mansions. Comfortable house for our family of 7 adults. Quiet neighborhood, but only a short drive over to the hustle bustle of the Newport nightlife. I highly recommend this property!

Great house for a group of 10; had everything we needed and the yard was a nice bonus. Plus, the house is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and the beach in Middletown. Kevin was great to interact with leading up to our stay. Would strongly recommend staying here if your travels take you to the Newport area.

Great stay! Perfect for big groups!

The property was very large and was perfect for our wedding group. The view from the master suite was beautiful. If I HAD to complain about one thing, it would be a lack of mirrors outside the bathrooms, but the house worked out great for us.

Great family home near the beach!

What a beautiful, inviting home! There was plenty of space for our large family group to spread out or be all together. It was great to have a yard for the children (and adults) to play. Check in and out was easy. Kevin, our host, was accessible and happy to answer any questions we had.

Awesome Place

This was our groups second time staying at this property. We stayed here back in 2017 for a reunion trip and booked it again this year. The property was great, spacious, nice back yard, and outstanding views. Kevin was a great host and hopefully we will be back in the future for a third time. It is a quite neighborhood with a quick walk / taxi ride to downtown Newport. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome home

Our group of 10 found this to be an awesome place! Plenty of beds and lots of living space to spread out. It had everything we needed, and more. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk, with trails nearby. It’s also within walking distance to several restaurants, and a short drive to the beach, Cliff Walk, and Newport waterfront. Kevin was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We’ll be back!

Beach Bach

This house is beautiful and just what me and my group needed for a Bachelorette party I hosted in Newport! Great home for the 10 of us with plenty of parking in the driveway for our 6 vehicles! Kevin was so attentive to our needs and really made our stay stress free. The proximity to downtown Newport is a huge plus as Uber or car rides are less than 10 minutes! Close to the beach, shops, lots of restaurants, cliff walk, mansions, you name it! I give this property a 10/10 and will rent from Kevin the next time I am in the area! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Large, clean, comfortable house that was perfect for a large family vacation.

The house at Easton's Point was wonderful! Our whole family enjoyed staying there. There were enough bedrooms for the ten of us and we enjoyed playing games in the yard and eating on the deck every night. The large kitchen had a huge island and was perfect as each family couple took a turn preparing dinner one night. There was plenty of room to gather in the kitchen and family room. Linen closets were well stocked. It was walking distance to the beach which was so convenient. The third floor bedroom was huge and had a beautiful view of the water. There were fans in every bedroom and outdoor games to play. Kevin was very accommodating and dropped off whatever it was when we needed something. The whole family agreed it was a great vacation!!

Unfortunate Experience for Wedding

I rented Kevin's home for 5 days with friends around the 4th of July for a wedding that was in Newport, which Kevin's home was advertised as being perfect for. Kevin consistently badgered me with messages throughout our stay, and showed up at the house unannounced on several occasions - once before 6am, looking through the windows to see the status of it while we were asleep, which one guest noticed while using the bathroom. He showed up again to scold us for having the windows open in the morning when it was raining, and I explained that we had fallen asleep with the windows open (when it was not raining) because it was hot and the house has no A/C. He entered the home at this time and berated me, which was very uncomfortable. At the end of our stay, Kevin called me to ask how we were going to rate our stay, which felt very unprofessional. I travel and utilize short-term rentals frequently, and I have to say this was the most unpleasant experience I've had with a host. The house is nice and in a good location, but our experience with the host distracted from the wedding, unfortunately.

Excellent place to enjoy Newport

We had a great weekend at Kevins property. The house was perfect for the group that we had. The yard and back deck are great and the house is less than 10 minutes from everything in downtown Newport. The only tiny downside I would say is that there are no blinds on a few of the windows which provide an insanely great view, but the bedrooms do get quite bright in the mornings!

Well cared for home in a good neighborhood

Beautiful Labor Day Destination

Kevin’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we were looking for on Labor Day weekend for our group of 9. The home is incredibly spacious and kevin was very friendly. He gave us many suggestions on restaurants, beaches, things to do in Newport. The sunset views from the third floor are breathtaking!
