Philadelphia Phantastic!

Just the best experience! Our host was very welcoming and responsive. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special. The house was charming, spotless and well stocked with all the important things, and then some. The neighborhood is not the prettiest, but we felt safe and parking was not a problem. Mostly we had spots right in front of the house. We highly recommend this property! Many thanks for a great stay!

A wonderful weekend stay!

Our entire group LOVED this property. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The neighborhood feels super safe and was quiet. The host, Taylor, was great. She was so responsive through our whole stay and always helpful. This property is definitely great for groups of all types. We plan to definitely stay here again in the future! P.S. parking in front of the house is technically only 2 hour parking Mon-Sat. We ended up with a parking ticket due to being parked overnight. So make sure to keep that in mind and possible park elsewhere.

Diamond in the rough

The place was a lovely surprise considering the area. I loved how clean and fresh it was. Everything was organized and labeled. The locks on every door make you feel an extra sense of security. The only downside was that none of the beds were queen sized. They're all full sized beds. Other than that it's the perfect place.

President of Social Club

Property was very clean and welcoming. This house embodies a beautiful modern design. Location was less than 20 minutes from event. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths this home has tons of space. My favorite spot was the back patio. I Highly recommend. Thanks to a wonderful experience I will be booking again for next year.

Supercross Race

The place was very clean, very modern, 3 bathrooms is a great perk. Close to Lincoln Financial Field. It doesn't have it's own parking, which is the only downfall. But we found parking on the street not too far. Would very much recommend

Heads up about parking: The spots out front have a strict 2-hour limit. You will get ticketed if you stay all day—fines are 26. That said, some may consider it worth the cost to park right in front.Temperature issues: The third-floor bedrooms get very warm. While we were cold on the first floor, those upstairs were sweating. No fans were provided, so we bought some. If possible, bring your own to help circulate air. Also, the beds seem more like full-size rather than queen. Each room has a lock that automatically engages when the door closes. We couldn't find any instructions or codes, so we were careful not to let doors shut if the room was unoccupied.Noise alert: On Friday night, there was a live band playing in the backyard of the neighboring property. This might have been a one-off event, but the backyard looks set up for gatherings—tables, chairs, etc. The music was loud and could be heard throughout the house until about 3:00 a.m.The good stuff: The home itself is beautiful and nicely updated inside. Each floor has a bathroom, which is nice. The showers were excellent and there is ample hot water. We had plenty of towels for our group of nine. The seating was cozy, and the swizzle chairs were a hit. Plus, the walk to the subway was quick and easy. Lyfts were inexpensive and short drives. The neighbors were very nice. We would stay here again, even with the items listed above. Dalessandros for cheesesteaks! Worth the drive.

Great place, beautifully done.

Having stayed in many places in Philly, I found this to be one of the better ones. It’s beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Parking was always easy and most often right in front of the house. Communication with the host was great. The price was very reasonable, especially given all the space inside. Location was fine if you don’t want to walk out and grab a coffee. It’s not that kind of neighborhood. However you are a 5 minute drive to most things. I would def stay here again.
