Mother-in-Law Suite Upon Request! 0.4 mile walk to the Beach

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Emerald Isle. Our Home is located walking distance to the Beach! Just 0.4 mile/10 minute walk to a more private beach access. Take a 6-minute walk to EI Woods Park to go fishing or walk the trails. Listen to the ocean waves from our home, or relax and take a nap on our cozy porch. Rent a golf cart, bikes, Kayaks from a local business, and enjoy nature close by! Please contact the Host for details on booking with or without Mother-in-Law Suite. Host would never rent the Downstairs to strangers, if you do not reserve it, only host will have access. Home sleeps 7, and a total of 11 with Downstairs Suite. Contact Host for details.

No Smoking on outdoor Screened Porch No outdoor music passed 8pm. Stains on bedding, towels, will incur an extra charge per owners discretion.

No more than allowed guests. There is an extra charge. Need owners approval. Adjust Thermostat, but only 2 degrees up or down our current setting.

No trespassing pass the barn (sliding) door, when only renting upstairs level. Alarm in placed. No candles or open flames allowed

Great property

Arlin was an excellent host. She checked on us, left a little gift and had place ready for us earlier than check in time. Place is very close to beach. Very spacious and clean

North Carolina became my home since 2006, and I never looked back. From it's mountains, corn fields and sandy beaches, NC has its hidden treasures. I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent in this area for 18 years. My husband is a Veteran. We have friends here that became family. We feel blessed to share our Home with others, and hope you leave the beach with positive energy, peace and grace. Welcome aboard!

This home is located walking distance to the beach, some shops, the Emerald Isle woods. You can leave the house for a walk, run or go biking, and feel the true meaning of freedom. I mean we have freedom, but when it is you and nature, you live freedom, you feel free.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We hope you love the location of our Home as much as we do. A vacation home, but less commercialized. Beach access is for residents and guests only, so it won't feel as crowded as the other side of the Island. This side of the island is more of a residential area.
