This newly renovated studio apartment is centrally located on Commercial Street in the heart of historic Provincetown. This lovely apartment is steps away from the Portuguese Bakery, the Lobster Pot, great shopping, beautiful art galleries and more. Easy access to the Boston ferry and the public beach.
This 2nd floor apartment has plenty of light and a view of the Pilgrim Monument from the kitchen window.The apartment has a queen size bed, full kitchen, a brand new mini-split for AC & heat as well as off street parking for 1 car.
No smoking or pets on the premises.
