Host communicated to us very well and made the stay amazing! The location was perfect to walk to the concert, restaurants and dancing at night! And very quiet so sleeping was great! Great location …. And coffee shop in the lobby!

It was perfect for what we needed. We went to an event at the Kaseya center, which is basically across the street.

The host doesn’t communicate and cancelled at the last minute. We were within a few hours of checking in after having our whole family fly to Miami. Still no word from him on check in details when the policy clearly states check in information is supposed to be sent within 72 hours of rental. Numerous calls, VRBO messages and texts went unanswered. Caused a lot of stress , lost , and more . Just awful and I would recommend not going near this.

Place has holes in doors, dirty floors that turn your feet black, cigarette buns on dinning table, smoke alarm hanging by wires. Host did not bring toilet paper until the next day.VRBO didn’t follow up with us

I want to formally express my disappointment with the condition of our stay.The property was extremely dirty upon arrival. The floors were sticky, multiple doors had holes in them, and the dresser handle was broken off. The overall condition of the home was unacceptable and unhygienic to the point that I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot and wore shoes at all times.Additionally, Wi-Fi access was not provided until the day we were leaving, despite it being listed as an amenity. The jacuzzi was not functioning, and no prior notice or explanation was given. The pool was also freezing cold, again with no communication or informationyu provided.Based on the condition of the property and the lack of transparency regarding amenities, the listing and reviews do not accurately reflect the experience we had. Paying the amount we did for a stay of this quality is completely unjustified. The home was not maintained to a standard that would be considered clean, safe, or acceptable.Our stay was a complete waste of money and far below reasonable expectations for a paid rental.
