Damaは、現代的に装備された小さな、古いダルメシアンの家ですが、スプリットの旧市街の精神を保持しています。

best service ever

Our host was amazing - went far beyond normal service. Place was lovely, great location and everything we needed and more. even a bottle of wine and beer in the fridge waiting for us. Very highly recommend.

One week stay in August

Extremely well located apartment, in the heart of the old town of Split. In 2 minutes, you find yourself int the heart of shops and charming streets. Concerning the owner, i would like to emphasize the sense of welcome, the availability and the incredible sense of service.

Responsive host and beautiful apartment

We enjoyed our stay as the apt was like in the pictures, centrally located and a quick walk to restaurants, shopping and diocletian's palace. Host was great communicating if we had questions. I was concerned it would be a noisy neighbourhood at night, but it wasn't as I slept well in quiet.

Great location and value

This is a cozy apartment and a short walk to the old town. The bedroom is in the attic, which has a low ceiling. There is also a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. The bathroom is downstairs.

Dama house Split

First impressions of this quirky house were good. It was very clean and tidy and the access system was easy without the host present. This old house isnt far from the centre of Split but is positioned down a dark alleyway. It has been renovated as far as a small house can be done functionally apart from two things. The shower was not attached to the wall properly and the spiral staircase was very unstable and not attached to the wall securely. I expressed my concerns by email to Sanja who said it was perfectly safe and dismissed my concerns.

Dear Elaine, I've understood your concerns with the spiral staircase safety because you are elderly people. And because of this, I had offered you the change of the reservation. This was the first time that I hear someone complain because both showers work perfectly fine. Thank you for being our guests.

House Dama - Cosy, Welcoming & Charming

My wife and I stayed at House Dama for a long weekend break, and I cannot recommend it enough. It is nice and central, with only a 5 -10 minute stroll to Diocletian's Palace, the sea front, and all the wonderful things Split has to offer. The property itself is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated in a tasteful shabby chic style, that is cosy, welcoming and full of character. Although small, the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a short, or even longer break. The bedroom ceiling is low but it so suits the house, and only adds to it's charm and character. However, this is accessed via a spiral staircase, so may not suit a less abled person. Communication is great with the property owner Sanja, she is keen that everything goes well on your stay. She even went above and beyond when I left my wallet in the apartment, and she kindly posted it onto me, making sure I received it promptly and safely. Highly recommend, and would happily stay again.

Seht gute Kommunikation ab Buchung, Reservierung und Einweisung eines Parkplatzes. TOP Modrrnes Apartment mit allem was man braucht, alles schön und absolut sauber. Schlafraum auf Grund der H{öhe gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch supermodern und sauber. UND DIE LAGE?? KEIN KOMMENTAR WEIL UNÜBERTREFFLICH

Sehr gute Lage!

Sehr gute Lage: Fast direkt in der Altstadt. In 10 Minuten ist man am Hafen. Viele Strände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es ist alles extrem klein. Die Deckenhöhe oben im Schlafzimmer ist ca. 1,20 am niedrigsten Punkt. Für große Menschen daher nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten aber ein gute Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern!

Philipp, ich bin sehr überrascht von deinem Kommentar. Sie sollten eine Villa gebucht haben, kein kleines Haus, wie es im Internet steht. Sie erhalten einen voll ausgestatteten Raum, kostenlosen Transport, willkommen .... und das war's für Sie !!?!

Lovely spot

For us it was a wonderful experience. The host was extremely helpful in all ways. We would highly recommend this rental. Would stay here again if we returned to Split.

Sehr clever durchdachtes kleines Apartment! Auf kleinem Raum alles da. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Freundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzer. Nur wenige Minuten zum Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert für 2 Personen.
