Three king suites, each with its own bath, and a bunk room for whoever is shortest.

Fall rates are already applied. A modern 30A beach house for eight, half a mile from Dune Allen beach access, with a golf cart and bikes included.

Community pool, a garage game room with a ping pong table, and a stone fireplace for the first cool night of the season.

Golf cart is 24+.

Step into our bright, open-concept modern 30A beach house, designed for ultimate family comfort and fun. This inviting retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Key features include:
Living Area: A welcoming stone fireplace and ample seating for relaxation.
Kitchen: Fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a gas cooktop, perfect for meal preparation and gathering.
Bedrooms: Three private king bedrooms, each boasting its own en suite bathroom. Some en suites feature double vanities or convenient tub-shower combinations.
Additional Sleeping: A fun twin bunk area located in the upstairs hall, ideal for younger guests.
Workspace: A dedicated workspace with a desk for those needing to stay connected or work remotely.
Entertainment: A garage game room complete with a ping pong table for hours of entertainment.
Outdoor Living: A private patio featuring a gas BBQ grill, perfect for evening cookouts and enjoying the Florida weather.

Self Check-in: Enjoy easy and convenient keyless access upon arrival after 4:00 PM.
Security: For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are present on the property, monitoring exterior areas only.
Scheduling: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures our dedicated cleaning team has adequate time to perfectly prepare the home for every guest.
-Parking: 2 vehicles MAX. Any vehicle parked on the street can be towed without warning.

House is very new and very clean. The communication was top tier. The check in process was seemless. Bring a sleepmask. The windows in the bedrooms only have blinds and no curtains so it's very bright in the morning.

The property was just as listed. Very nice and convenient to the beach. The golf cart was an awesome addition. Communication was excellent and checking and out was so easy. I would absolutely recommend this property and would book again. The only issue was the upstairs had not been cleaned. The cleaners were there when we arrived at check in time. We drove around until they left. I’m not sure if they ran out of time or what. The bathrooms weren't clean and the sheets didn’t appear to have been changed. We took them off and washed them. The downstairs had been cleaned well though.

Great family vacation!

Amazing property! Super clean, large entertaining space, amazing porches to relax, close to the beach! Having the golf cart was great for trips to the pool/beach with the kids! Overall I would recommend this property for anyone who is seeking relaxation with or without kids!

This home is beautiful! Very family friendly, safe neighborhood. The beds and couches and even the pillows were by far the most comfortable we have ever experienced on a trip to SRB! The beach access is right across the street from this development, which is awesome as well! (And it’s close to several access points in case of no parking available) The host is super responsive and very kind! We look forward to booking again next year!

Family Beach Getaway

We enjoyed the house and the location. I will say one thing about paying that much and only having 1 of everything was a surprise (trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels)… We made it work. We will be booking again and just be better prepared!

The house was fantastic! Great location, plenty of space, very clean, and the golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and restaurants nearby. We were greeted with an awesome gift basket filled with goodies. Luke was very responsive and easy to work with. Only thing we could have used were extra kitchen towels, but a minor detail. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an absolute blast at this 30A beach house! The space was perfect for our family, plenty of room to spread out with three bedrooms and a big living area that made it easy to relax together. The kids loved having their own space, and we never felt cramped, even with all our beach gear. They even had fun beach toys, umbrellas, plenty of chairs all available for use in the garage. The location is tough to beat. It’s just a short golf cart ride (definitely a must have on 30A) to the beach, maybe five minutes tops, and we could pop back for snacks or a quick break without missing a beat. Being so close to everything we could grab coffee or dinner without piling into the car. The vibe of the area is just as dreamy as everyone says!We come to 30a 2x per year and have stayed at several different homes. This house was spotless when we arrived—seriously, the cleanliness was top-notch! It made settling in so easy, and we felt right at home.The host was fantastic! They were super responsive, answering our questions almost immediately. When we couldn’t figure out where the laundry soap was… about a hour later laundry soap was delivered to our door! Their attention to detail made the whole trip stress-free.This place was everything we hoped for and more for our 30A getaway. We’re already talking about booking again next summer! Highly recommend!
