We’re happy you were able to enjoy the sauna after spending time on the trails; having that easy access to outdoor adventures is one of our favorite parts of the location too. While little hiccups can happen from time to time, we always aim to respond promptly so they don’t disrupt your stay. We’d love to host you again anytime you’re back in the area!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm glad the home was clean, pet-friendly, the sauna worked well, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciate the suggestions on the pillows. We will be sure to added extra silverware and additional kitchen towels. We typically have fire starter for the fireplace and fire pit in place of kindling. Had we known we couldn't have gotten you more. Your feedback has been shared with housekeeping and maintenance, and we hope to welcome you back. Sincerely, Heirloom Management
