Acceptance of this reservation requires the guest agree that the owner accepts no responsibility for incidents or accidents inside or outside this home. It also suggest that guests enroll in their own travel insurance to cover such incidents and accidents.

6. NOISE Policy: 10pm until 9am Guests must always maintain a very quiet stay. The owner lives in the basement of the home.
