Do NOT book this condo!!!!The pictures look NOTHING like the condo. When we arrived with our three small children we were HORRIFIED. The entire condo was disgustingly dirty, sheets were stained, dirty underwear was in the dresser drawers, the ceiling was literally hanging down falling apart, there was water damage all over the walls and ceilings, the appliances were all gross, the outside furniture is rusty and falling apart, the mattress on the bunk bed is falling apart and lopsided, it smelled disgusting throughout the condo, and there were bugs and COCKROACHES everywhere!!!!! We quite literally stayed for an hour while we found another place to stay, demanded a refund, and LEFT as soon as we could. I refused to sleep in that place with my babies. Do not book this place!

Terrible! The photos must be old. The unit smelled so bad. When we spoke to the owner she said oh that’s bc of the leak.. that they failed to disclose. The sheets were disgusting. We had to make the place tolerable by buying our own pillows, sheets, toilet paper, etc. management said someone would reach out to help us. No one did. It was one of the worst experiences so dirty and she claimed it was a standard clean. Please look at my photos. This place was disgusting.

Nice property. The host was very upfront with there being damage to the ceiling due to the recent rain. When we arrived, there was plaster on the master bed, but otherwise, definitely would recommend and return.

Disappointed

It rained on our first night and woke up at 3:30am to to ceiling leaks in the master bedroom & dinning area. The master toilet was broken and no one came to address it. The kitchen pot and pans are very worn-out. Had to get our own to cook. Kitchen needs a good cleaning. The Chairs in the dinning talbe were very loose. Other than that, the place was quite and peaceful.

My review

The condo was very nice, only issue was when I showed up the code for the lock was not what it was supposed to be and couldn’t get ahold of property manager directly, but did eventually get ahold of evolve customer service and they got me a code.

Clean and cute but reservation contacts don’t answer questions or reply back at all

The condo it’s self was very cute and great location, the recliners could use a steam cleaning or new covers but not that big of a concern for us….. The main issue is when they sent me all my check in information they sent me two contact names and phone numbers in case I had questions but those people never answered or replied back…. One thing we needed for them to contact us back about was the master bedroom Toilet it would not flush, turns out the chain that lifts the flap to flush was broken and because they never called back we had to reach inside the tank the whole weekend to flush the toilet

Good place for family

We were all comfortable in the condo for being 4 adults and 4 kids. The only thing was the deck and stairs in the back that are broken. They had a note that read they are getting fix. Besides that kids had fun fishing no keepers and everything is close by. Light went off on Friday night due to a thunderstorm but came back couple of hours later it was manageable.

Owners were responsive

Although there was a mix up during check in, the owners were quickly responsive. The property does need a deep clean and some deck repair, but we enjoyed the location, loved fishing in the canal and found the kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies.

Lovely and relaxing view

We had a wonderful time here at this property. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed walking out back to fish and watch the water. Their were 6 of us adults staying in the unit and we had plenty of space. The unit was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Would definitely stay here again if we needed a 3 bedroom as we visit this area about 3 times a year.

Excellent Location and View

I stayed at this property with my family (kids, teens, adults, seniors), and we all really enjoyed it. The location and view are top notch. We parked our boat at the pier right outside the property, which was a huge plus! The negatives: the condo is a bit on the older side, and the washer and dryer are in the complex but not the unit. The furniture was comfortable, the TVs large, and we had everything we needed. We hope to return!

Great trip with my cousins for a fishing tournament.

Great place to stay. All bedrooms had TVs and we were right at canals edge to be able to park our boat.

Friends review

My friends and I had plenty of space to visit over coffee and meals in this condo unit. The main patio was nice. The small patio off both bedrooms could use sprucing up and cleaning. The kitchen had nice dishes but no large popcorn bowl or other plastic bowls. The oven could use scrubbing and I am going to be generous and say a thorough steam cleaning of all floors, walls and furniture are past due for this unit due to it’s age. The water pressure in master bathroom sink was extremely low. The location was so convenient and peaceful.

Rental process was easy. Nice location, close to many attractions. Appreciated the extra beach chairs and beach toys we could borrow. Overall nice place, would stay there again.

Weekend gateaway

Property was very comfortable and a great location. We were here to celebrate a birthday and grandson was in a football tournament. Very convenient to games and to the beach. This was a very cozy place for our family of 5. Would stay again.

Good place

Place was relaxing. We enjoyed the deck outside. The microwave and coffee maker were dirty and there was a dead roach under the couch. That was nasty.
