MAIN LEVEL | 1ST FLOOR

While our home is conveniently located to everything outdoors, you may not want to leave. The first floor features an inviting open living area that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living room, making it perfect for quality time together. The dining table comfortably accommodates eight people, with an additional four seats available at the kitchen island. The living room boasts a striking floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace and offers serene views of the forest and mountains through a large picture window.

SECOND FLOOR

The upper level includes 2 large bedrooms. One with king bed and the other has 2 sets of bunks. The floor has central heating/cooling systems to ensure your comfort no matter the weather.

LOWER LEVEL

The family room has plenty of space to bring the whole family together for movie nights, as well as enjoy arcade and board games together. For the little ones, there is an additional playroom specifically designed for their enjoyment.

This lower level also grants access to the yard and hot tub, ensuring everyone can make the most of their time.

ATTITASH MOUNTAIN

We're just a mile from Attitash Mountain. There's free parking at the base of the mountain and across the street, so you can park and walk to the slopes. If parking across the street, be sure to use the underground walkway to safely cross the road. There's overflow parking further down the street with a shuttle every 5-10 minutes.


RULES
- No pets (sorry)
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 12 people including adults and children

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
