Welcome to The Warren Apartments
Located in downtown Spokane, this modern studio offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Whether for business or leisure, you're just a 5-minute walk from local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The apartment features an Ori, a versatile bed system that transforms into sleeping, closet, and entertainment modes at the touch of a button offering you ultimate flexibility. It also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
The space
This well-appointed apartment includes a spacious living area with high windows, allowing for plenty of natural light during the day, and darkening blinds to ensure privacy and a restful night's sleep. Modern appliances, such as a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer, provide all the comforts of home. The fully stocked coffee bar in the kitchen makes it easy to enjoy your morning routine. For additional relaxation, guests have access to a 24-hour gym and a second-floor lounge with an outdoor patio, featuring seating, an electric fireplace, and a grill perfect for entertaining.
Parking
Convenient street parking is available right in front of the building, and it is metered.
Professional Cleaning
We take cleanliness seriously at The Warren Apartments. Our unit is professionally cleaned before and after each guest's stay to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort. You can rest easy knowing that our cleaning team uses industry-leading products to provide a spotless and sanitized environment.
Guest Safety
Your safety and security are our top priorities. The building is equipped with surveillance at every entry and exit point of the apartment complex. Additionally, there is on-site staff during regular business hours for assistance. Key fobs are provided for exclusive access to your designated floor, the gym, and the second-floor lounge and patio, ensuring the security of both guests and residents. As your hosts, we are also highly responsive through the communication platforms to address any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.
Superhog Verification
To ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests, we require a brief background check through Superhog. You can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit (+$15 transaction fee) or a $35 non-refundable waiver before receiving check-in instructions. Rest assured, your information will be securely erased after your stay, and the process is simple and quick.
Other things to note
We're pleased to inform you that we have recently installed a new smoke and noise alarm from Minut, a company specifically designed for guest safety and comfort. Please rest assured, this device is not a listening device, and your privacy is fully protected. It is solely intended to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
