Beautiful view! Updated 1-bdrm, 2 bath condo with Queen Murphy in Living Area.
This nicely updated one bedroom condo with an attached full bath, also has a Queen Murphy bed in the Living area with a second full Bath. This Condo has a beautiful view of the Deschutes wilderness from the private second floor balcony. Even though the condo is on the second floor of building 14 of The Seventh Mountain Resort, this building is build into the hill so you go down 11 steps to get to the ground floor and only up 5 steps to get to the second floor.
You likely know how great the Bend area is. This resort boasts being the closest place to Mt Bachelor to stay the night. The resort backs up to thousands of acres of wilderness. A short walk gets you to the Deschutes River where you can enjoy many miles of trails. The resort has two main heated (year-round) pools along with a toddler pool, There are three hot tubs for your enjoyment along with a large sauna. Other amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, mountain bike course, a mini golf course, a fitness room and a seasonal ice skating rink.
Please Note: There is no washer and dryer in the condo but there are washers and dryers in every odd-numbered building at the resort. This condo has a full sized stove but the freezer/fridge is an under counter sized unit.

Hi this is Hans the manager. My wife and I have owned a condo at the Seventh mountain resort for over 25 years. When our property manager retired I took over managing our condo and then added managing others. We love coming from the valley and having a completely different experience in the Bend area.

We were active with Greyhound rescue and bought in part because pets were allowed. Our pets loved the miles and miles of trails just outside the resort.
