This was a fantastic property, from the most welcoming host, Gloria! To the cleanliness of the home, care for our pets with thoughtful amenities. The home was very cared for with thoughtful upgrades, location was perfect and had the most restful quiet sleep. Neighborhood was dog friendly with endless sidewalks to walk and a perfect backyard oasis with epic grill and soon to have a spa. Exceeded expectations. The kindness and hospitality of the host pushed this to more than 5 stars!

This is probably the best equipped property we have stayed in. Gloria had a pet bed and bowls for waiting for our dog’s arrival and the yard was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ate several meals here. Grocery store five minutes away. Gloria is a fantastic host and we would definitely stay here again if in Frisco/Plano area.

The home was perfect for what our family needed, close to family, and a peaceful atmosphere. While it may not be ideal for those seeking a highly aesthetic space, it met all of our needs- and more.We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but have never walked in to find a home with coffee, pastries, muffins, eggs, candies, and a variety of drinks in the fridge. These thoughtful touches made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The home is clean, beds were comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, and close to all the areas we needed it to be.The host went above and beyond, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Gloria’s house is very family friendly and dog friendly! She had dog beds laid out for our furry friends and the kitchen was well stocked with allCooking items and she had so many snacks, breakfast pastries, cookies for us! We had an issue with a couple outlets not working and she responded immediately and had an electrician come fix it very promptly. The back yard is small but well kept and perfect to let our dogs out. We enjoyed our family Christmas time together so much in this lovely home!

Aunt's Birthday Weekend

From the moment we booked, the hosts were kind, thoughtful and incredibly responsive. Their communication was always on point and they showed so much flexibility and care in helping us pull off a memorable weekend for my aunt’s birthday. One moment that really stood out; we were getting ready to grill and realized the propane tank was completely empty. We reached out and they provided a fresh tank within minutes. We are beyond impressed for their attentiveness and generosity and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend!

I’m someone who genuinely loves people and enjoys making others feel welcome and at ease. As a nurse by profession, caring for others comes naturally to me—it brings me so much joy to see people happy and comfortable. I also serve in the hospitality department in my community, which is a true reflection of my heart for service. I’m kind, thoughtful, and always eager to go the extra mile to ensure my guests feel right at home.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Preston Vineyards in Frisco stole my heart the moment I discovered it. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with tree-lined streets, well-kept homes, and a warm sense of community that makes you feel welcome from day one.

What I love most is the balance—it’s quiet and serene, yet just minutes from parks, shopping, and great local restaurants. The neighbors are kind and respectful, and there’s a strong sense of pride in the area. It’s also part of the highly rated Frisco ISD, which makes it especially appealing for families.

There’s something special about waking up to birdsong, sipping coffee on the porch, and seeing kids ride their bikes down the street or neighbors walking their dogs. It’s the kind of place where people wave hello and genuinely look out for one another.

Would you like me to help turn this into a listing description or add it to your welcome book?

この宿泊施設の特徴

What sets this home apart is the sense of care and comfort woven into every detail. It’s more than just a rental—it’s a space where guests can truly unwind and feel at home.
One of the standout features is the outdoor kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook and entertain under the open sky. Whether it’s grilling up a casual dinner or sharing a morning coffee on the patio, the backyard becomes its own little retreat—ideal for families, and friends.
Inside, the home is warm and inviting, with a gas fireplace and an airy layout that lets in plenty of natural light. The thoughtful design gives everyone room to relax, and the peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood adds to the charm. Located in the highly rated Frisco ISD and close to shops, restaurants, and parks, it’s a place that offers both convenience and calm.

What truly makes this property unique, though, is the heart behind it. As a nurse and someone passionate about hospitality, I’ve created this space with kindness and thoughtfulness, making sure every guest feels welcome and cared for.
