From the moment I laid eyes on this house, I was captivated. It's an older home full of charm and character. Its spacious, clean, and beautiful interiors have me dreaming of mornings spent on the balcony and evenings watching the sunset. The overall atmosphere feels like a serene dream.
The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful, allowing for leisurely strolls to nearby coffee shops and bakeries, or taking the rapid transit downtown while feeling secure. Its close proximity to universities and hospitals makes it ideal, and with the nearest beach just 16 minutes away, it’s perfect for those summer days.
