Very nice all around just no where to eat

There was no place to eat- me and my partner had our 3yo with us and got take out a lot. The stools for the counter weren’t in the best shape for the counter top- and there was no other spot to eat. Spacious enough to lay a blanket down for a picnic though. AC was in the living room- the power did go out before we got there- but the actually bedroom had no ac and was hot enough for the two nights that we opted for the floor in the living room to sleep (floor mattress provide by host). Great communication with the host- none of this could’ve been solved at the time- just the way it was. And we did have a great stay. The area is very active.

This place is great and close to Cleveland Clinic, which was the reason for our stay. Very clean and nice. Kia was very easy to communicate with. My two pieces of advice. Eat at Tommys, its so worth it and bring an extra sweater because the apartment gets a little chilly

I liked the proximity to where I needed to be. I didn't like the uneven flooring and no grab bars in the shower. Shampoo was too high for me to reach. It was also very hot, and I had no control over temp.

We were seeing a concert at the Browns Stadium and this was a short Lyft ride to the stadium, very convenient.

Cozy and Comfortable

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood appeared safe, and the place was carefully decorated to give the old building a cozy sense. The property was initially confusing to locate, but her directions were clear and accurate. The building is old. This an apartment building so you have neighbors. Nothing crazy, but you can hear talking and loud walking. We visited in October and the building was cool and with no real way to up the temperature. All of this is minor for me. I would recommend staying here!The building was quiet by 9pm.

GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO BROWNS STADIUM!!!

My husband and I came for WWE SUMMERSLAM 2024! We loved every single thing about this apartment. You can tell the owners take pride in their home and want you to feel comfortable. The building is older but the space is updated with modern design. The brick wall run the living room was my favorite! Our only complaint ( due to it being almost 100 degrees eveyday we were there) was the bedroom was HOT! The air unit was in the living room. Bring a fan with you to help circulate the air. Uber wasn’t too expensive, what you would expect for the city. Instacart and DoorDash also didn’t have ridiculously large fees. We plan to come back to Cleveland for a browns game as we intend to visit every NFL stadium. I will absolutely book this space if it is available!!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop your search. You have landed on the perfect spot for your stay in Cleveland!

Great Place

Great place to stay if you’re coming to Cleveland for work! It was nice and clean. The only thing to mention would be that it’s listed with AC, but there is no AC in the bedroom. It got pretty hot at night so a heads up if you’re staying in the summer. Otherwise it was perfect for what I needed.

great location, building needs work

The unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We used the window AC once in the living room and it was difficult for it to cool the bedroom. The building needs maintenance but the unit is very nice. We could hear neighbors yelling and cussing at each other. The location is close to the Cleveland Clinic and the Italian area. Strongly recommend La Vita Dolce restaurant - fabulous food. We went there twice!
