Great condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. We loved the extended balcony, and the beach was just steps away. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was super helpful. We definitely recommend it to others and will stay again!

Was a Perfect location! The balcony is huge and furniture was nice.. definitely woke up refreshed everyday. The only bummer was all the pools are on the other side of the rd.

Unsatisfied customer and horrible customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First day we got there we waited over 2 hours to get into the condo due to front desk lady Danielle not letting us know after talking several times to her. It was raining whole time First day soaking wet from rain went back to office and ask to speak to manager Francis Check the status and notice room was ready hours ago and got us in room right away Danielle was rude and unprofessional to my wife and I then Friday our building had no running water for over 8 hours had to use bottle water bought from store to fill up to use bathroom as no one had an answer to what going on call 230 am in morning speak to someone front gate security guard was rude and said it will get fixed whenever they can and hung up. I been traveling and vacationing for over 40 years worse vacation ever. I will never come back to this place as rudeness of employees and horrible experience we had for our anniversary.Also we had to walk across the street to main condo area to get fresh linden and towels and bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as they don't provide any just 1 roll of toilet paper for staying 5 days and 6 nights

Loved this property

Great conco with direct access to beach. View from our unit was amazing. It was clean and well stocked for our stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Pool was excellent. The added security with a gated community was a plus for me.. The local shops and food places were literally down the road. Overall a EXCELLENT property and will definitely book again.

Immaculate, Updated, Beach View Destin Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our unit! The updated bathroom was perfect! Deck is amazing. Excellent AC for the hot summers. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal there. Fabulous view of the beach also. Only downside was nothing to do with unit. It was the constant barrage of helicopter tours overhead every 4 mins and boat tours not far off shore. Destin needs to regulate this.

Very Nice Condo

The king size bed is comfortable and large. The condo is very nice and clean. Nice large shower. Kitchen is well stocked. There are a few beach chairs available. The deck is amazing!!! The stairs are not bad but are something to be mindful about when packing and unloading. Overall it was a great place to stay!!!

Back deck is heaven! The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. It was ok for us because 3 yr old slept on it but it wouldn’t be comfortable for adults at all. Loved that the beach is private. Very relaxing! We got there at 5:00 a.m. and were told to come the next day at 10:00 to check in. We woke up at 9:45 a.m. and were getting dressed. Office called at 10:02 and said “you were supposed to be here at 10 and it’s after 10”. 🤣🤣 I am a rule follower but dang!🙈

The only downside was maintenance -for 8 days we had to park significantly away from the unit for pavement resealing and building painting. This is understandable , just a note worthy time of the year inconvenience.

This was our first time in destin! The condo was in a great area and exactly what I was looking for. Few steps to the beach, overlooking the beach too. Place was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen! Great for a family with kids to stay. They had a place right in front of your place for the kids to play outside in the sand! Overall I would come back and stay here.

Nice get away

We really enjoyed this condo. Very close to beach and great view. The condo was very nicely decorated and we really enjoyed the condo’s deck. Even though it rained almost every night, we didn’t mind since the condo was so nice to stay inside.
