Condo Newly Updated December 2023: LVP floors throughout, kitchen cabinets freshly painted, new quartz countertops in kitchen, new washer and dryer, new water heater. HVAC Summer 2023.

Beautiful, newly updated, first level 1BR Condo that sleeps 4 located in the heart of Destin, FL. Located at Sandpiper Cove on a 9 hole par 3 golf course. Property located on 43 acre gated Resort with 5 pools (2 heated) 3 hot tubs and 1,100 feet of private Gulf Front, white sand beaches, 6 tennis courts, dine in seafood restaurant, beach bar, and boat slips for rent available. Located right by Louisiana Lagniappe which is on the property right on the Harbor. 3 minutes from the Harbor Walk shopping center. Unit has a washer and dryer located inside. Great place to get away and enjoy the Florida air and Destin beaches.

Bathroom remodeled in December 2022.
New HVAC May 2023

No elevators - open parking

MUST BE 25 years of age with valid photo ID to rent and check in at gate.

Seasonal Beach Service included with 2 chairs and umbrella (Mid March- October).

Perfect Spot for Relaxation & Activities!

Property was perfect situated between beach, shopping and restaurants! It was quiet, clean, and had the best restaurant in all of Destin (seriously you need to eat at Louisiana Lagniappe!!!) Loved the gated community and the 24/7 staff at the gate, helped make staying here feel super safe! Beach was less than 2 minutes away and private - which was really nice for 2 adults looking to get away. Highly recommend and would book again!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway

We love staying at Sandpiper Cove! The golf course being right there is always a fun way to spend the afternoon, and we love that it is quiet and relaxing on the property.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay in October. The unit was clean and well-equipped, is in a convenient location to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the complex was across the beach street from a private beach area.

Husband's Favorite Sandpiper Condo

We've stayed at many Sandpiper condos, some good and some bad. My husband typically doesn't care where we stay but for him to say this is his favorite says a lot. The location was great. The rooms are suitable sizes, and we loved the walk-in tub. Very clean. We both love the layout. The pool was nearby but not in the backyard. Easy to unload and back up to the front door. The property manager had a great attitude and was very helpful. Including the beach chairs is a huge plus.

Hello, we welcome you to our Destin Condo!
We are from Shawnee Kansas, a suburb outside of the KC metro area. Our first trip to Destin was in 2013 and we fell in love with the area and the sugar white soft sand. After multiple trips to Destin and other towns along the Emerald Coast we decided to purchase our own condo in what we think is Destin’s best kept secret: Sandpiper Cove.
Our ground floor condo in Sandpiper Cove is a quick 5 minute walk to a private beach, which makes it easy for anyone with knee or back issues to fully enjoy.
We think you will enjoy this condo and the Sandpiper Cove community as much as we do.
