Inside, each room has its own personality, filled with bold colors, art-covered walls, and decor thoughtfully collected over time. The bedrooms are cozy and familiar, with soft linens and homey touches that make you instantly comfortable. The bathroom offers shower/tub combo.

Step outside and unwind in the backyard, where you can enjoy a soak in your private hot tub. Surrounded by mature palm trees and native California plants, the space is full of charm. An old stone well and a decor-only outdoor fireplace add rustic character and become natural gathering spots for you and your friends/family.

We stayed with our little dog. Beautiful old Spanish style home with beach nearby. Remember this is an older house and is very charming. If you want super modern and “on suite” accommodations then this might not be your destination. If you are like us and cherish vintage beautiful wood floors and charming book shelves then book this home. We loved it and would book again. Yard was a lovely and enchanted tropical garden. For pets, make sure to have flea safe measures as there are plants and grass to explore. The kitchen has modern elements with a gorgeous green enamel stove. Go shopping at Main Street and eat oysters at Brophy Bros at the harbor. Enjoy

Property didn’t have a/c which was a negative for us. It was so hot inside very uncomfortable at night. Trash cans were fully from previous stay. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Buyer Beware

1. Strong cat-urine smell in largest bedroom.2. Oven didn’t work.3. Coffee machine didn’t work.4. Foliage in backyard overgrown, blocking access to propane BBQ.5. Posted city-permit for Short-Term rentals expired.

Adorable place but some questionable stuff

this place is very very charming however we had some slight issues- we believed there was mold. A few of us had some breathing issues when we arrived. It felt better once opening all of the windows but not ideal. Also, I got terrible chigger bites from the yard (but no one else in the group did). So- if you keep all of the windows open, yet wear a ton of bug spray- you'll be ok. Amazing location.
